Becca, Thank you for another great video!! Love all your quilts!!! At this time I am unable to sew any projects. I have had three strokes and more tests to have done. Not sure what is going to happen next. You bring a smile to my face. So proud of you for all your accomplishments!!! Keep quilting and I will always be watching your videos. Happy Sewing!!! Laurie
I think once a month makes a lot more sense because honestly some weeks can get sparse on what gets started or finished! That lion is amazing! Love all of your projects.
Great format, and so less rushed for you. It feels easier... I don't know if that sounds right, but more relaxed. It is better that you are not expressing a total this week I did/didn't... and putting pressure on yourself because life happens. I really like this. Good chat😋. Hugs, Chel 🌸
Enjoy all your videos, and your sewing talent. You did a fantastic job sewing the lion! And, yes after seeing the difference between the wrong color and correct color on the lion, it was worth the time to make it right! This content was great, monthly recaps makes good sense. I will continue to watch if even if it’s only sewing because you give good tips, advice on sewing and keep yourself grounded! Love the shenanigans between you and Ian too. haha
Great update, Becca! Love the lion especially. Looks like we are getting hit with another storm next week. Fingers crossed that you don't lose power. Love your shirt, by the way!
Okay, so much to unpack here!! Love all of your progress in January, and such a great call on Mufasa! Love the dark chin, he’s gorgeous. Also glad you’re taking care of yourself and scaling back to one vlog (?) a month. That sounds doable and not stress inducing, which we all avoid! But hello…love your new do!! Your hair looks fabulous! So chic and stylish! Beautiful all the way around! See you soon!♥️
Vlog is the right word! I want to do other videos too - tutorials and other fun things, but I don't have bandwidth to do those videos PLUS weekly videos where I talk about my own projects. So, I figure this was a good compromise. In the end, I'll still be uploading just as often as I have been, but focusing on content I think you'll want to see!
Hi Becca my grandson was here and we were watching the video of the lion quilt you were working on and you had mentioned you would share the colors you used and I ordered it right away my grandson loves the way you did it....if you have already shared it maybe you could point me in that direction.....if not could you please send me a list of the numbers you changed it to I would love that thank you
I’m wanting to do the Panda quilt for my friend who is obsessed with pandas but I’m a beginner and haven’t finished a quilt yet and have only done tops for small cat quilts. ( need to get around to cutting the backing/binding/batting) Would you recommend this pattern for a beginner?
Nice hair style. The lion quilt is so regal. Becca I'm going to have a bit of a moan here. I made a big quilt and decided to get it long armed quilted. To find a quilter where I live is nearly impossible. Located one took my quilt to her told her what I wanted she ruined my quilt. I was finally able to contact her but she makes excuses about being away.
Hi, first time viewer. Great video. One thing, the lion’s eyes are freaky. He looks cross eyed. It’s mostly the left eye. It may be me but it is really bothersome.
I don’t see it, but I’ve heard others say the same thing. I definitely followed the pattern, and when I compare the quilt to the image of the quilt from the kit, the eyes are exactly the same. So it’s probably something in the pattern design, rather than a mistake with piecing.

So sorry to read your having so many health problems. May you make a fully
recovery.
Enjoyed your video. The lion looks great. I look forward to seeing it quilted.
I love your lion - that background was a perfect customization. Just gorgeous.
Aw, thanks! The lion and I appreciate your sweet comment.
Hi Becca! Just wanted to say 👋, love your videos. Thank you for sharing your quilting adventures with us!
You are so welcome!
I think once a month makes a lot more sense because honestly some weeks can get sparse on what gets started or finished!
That lion is amazing! Love all of your projects.
I totally agree! Last year, doing a project status video every week got to be overwhelming...especially if I didn't have a lot of time to sew!
I do like the format.
This is a great format❤
Your hair is precious. Thanks for sharing all that. ❤❤ Grey scale unicorn sounds amazing.

Oh my, Mustafa is amazing; so regal!

Oh, no! That's horrible!
Cute hair
Becca, what 12.5 inch ruler do you recommend to use?
I love the Quilter's Select rulers! The markings are good for either right handed or left handed and they don't slip - AT ALL!
Fixing the wrong fabric piece in your lion top carries you to at least advanced intermediate status if not higher.

👍
You don’t sound like a Minnesotan .
