Basically grappler Cammy with a pseudo-projectile super.
Yes, she has 360°command Grab. But also keep in mind that she is a charger not Motion character, so this is another difference beetween her and cammy.
The character name in Japanese is wrong, the correct name is ユーニ, not ジュニ.

The voice actor is the same but they have their own story... they were made in Cammy's Likeness

Well storywise they're both Humans. In fact for cammy she is a Clone of Bison's sf Alpha Body. (He says it in her Story Mode)
Gameplay wise. Cammy is a Tournamet worthy character.
Juli is refered as a "weak" cammy. (Not Tournamet worthy.
Juni is different. The japanese say she has Potential no one has used yet (or never will)
But they are clear, If you Pick her up and you already have a3 experience, then she is supposed one of the three wirst characters in the game.
