I think its always been like this
Platinum gave weapon exp materials and (maybe) mora but no character exp materials

I literally have the exact same team with 5 star weapons all leveled and all have great build except my travler is like 90 1 6 4 and i cant do it man

Such a shit event. If you have characters lower then lvl 70 u have very little chance.
