“I don't think you can meditate yourself out of the meditator.
I don't think you can do yourself out of the doer and
I definitely know you can't think yourself out of the thinker.
You can't transcend an imaginary place.
You can't get out of what you're not in."

If I may ask, if there's no me then who is the I that supposed to remain in awareness, and being dragged in and out of awareness by the me? Isn't that mean I can be in and out of awareness? But isn't it I'm the awareness itself? I thought awareness is something still, unmoving, empty like space and there's no way awareness can be in and out of itself. Could you please explain? Thank you.

The I, or me are both objects that appear in Consciousness. Remaining as awareness, just observing is done via a non subjective awareness. My latest video explains a little of this. Thank you for your question. 🙏

Lord Buddha’s teaching is mainly focused on this,,
And there is no such thing as me in the world, it changes in every millisecond , even faster than that. It is very complicated, which can’t express as a simple comment

I don't want get rid of the me, I want to get rid of the 'not me' the unwanted responses about me that I hate, the me is me somewhere in this human condition, that's a good thing, the me that isn't me is the screw up, that's what I want to get rid of!

Yes, what you speak of is therapy. What I explore is the deeper nature of Identity, Awareness, or Consciousness itself. Therapy is good.

I'd say it's all intermingled Steve, therapy, identity, awareness, consciousness, everything! it's all of one wholeness, just as the bladder, the heart, the liver, the eye etc, all have different functions, they all collaborate to make one unit, therapy is just another function, when the word therapy is spoken as a direct terminology, it is probably customary for most people to assume it means a high handed approach to healing, but therapy is an everyday activity, (nothing so special at all) to embrace someone acts as a therapy, a kiss, a pat on the back, a hand shake... these and other means and behaviours can be considered to be therapeutic, as I say; it's all in the intermingling.

If I become simply present in any moment, that is a natural openness lacking orientation. But then what happens is that I keep finding myself in a sort of fixated state and it's hard to say on what exactly, but I would call it me. I don't like the feeling, because it feels entrapping.
I have the idea that there must be some way to flip the perception of identification, to become, perhaps, identified? with the openness rather than the fixation. And that that would be some sort of liberation.
But that motivation makes the me-experience a thing to avoid, which makes it feel even tighter.

Well. There's a thought huh? You are still this awareness here and now. Keep coming back to that. Make no attempt to control the mind. Be curious as to what your next thought might be.
