    Hello Vijay, you did a great job.. I was worried for few days due to the same vibrating noise from front side of the bike. I removed the custom visor which I fixed in the bike and headlamp cover.. But I was not successful in finding out the issue. You rocked my friend. I happened to see your video yesterday and I applied the lube in the steering lock location. Noise issue is corrected now. Thank you so much. I immediately subscribed your channel 😀👍👌

    You did a great job at indentifying the small underlying issues causing the jarring sounds that annoy a lot of owners. But you also provided the Solution fairly quickly. Good job at making this video. Helped me as well.

    I was having troubles with the irksome noise coming near the instrument console and was wondering what it could be.My second service was due and i informed the service centre to have a look at the front section as this noise was irritating me to my core.they told me that one of the screw was loose and they have took care of it.i was relieved but by the time i took the bike out from the setvice centre,the noise still remained.
    The trouble was during lower rpm while riding through uneven roads.the noise took over my joy of riding the beast and i was constantly searching to find its source.I opened up the front visor and tightned the screws till it was about to break.still the noise continued.
    I was about to give up and go back to the service centre and give them a piece of my mind and it was today morning my brother i came across this video.
    No words could describe how grateful i am to you.i really appreciate your patience in finding out the source of the noise(i really wish i have that level of patiance and observation skills someday).
    Please do continue this tremendous work as i could see from the comment section that you have already helped many.I am hoping to find more and more insights regarding the bike if indeed,i am troubled by any(i really hope not though) issues in the coming future.
    with tons of gratitude,
    Ameen

Have informed during first service last week, said that they had tightened the bed bolt but still problem persists in that key area... vibrations not observed during handle bar turned condition but observed on straight handle bar. Amazing work sir.
    Yes, that footpegs causing a lot of vibrations.. I am facing it every 500kms ride.. I am planning to fill that gap with the double-sided tape 😁

    • @VijayHansora
      @VijayHansora  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Before you do that there is a plastic part in the footpeg where the bearing gets hold of position. replace that and if no go then go to any spares and ask for thin rubber washers and that will help. double tape cannot survive a lot

    I got my 1st device done for D400 and wasn't feeling any vibration till the point I got accessories fitted on it...so getting buzz sound in and off at lower speed is it probably due to crash guard? I will check what you suggested in your video and see...

      When there is load on the bike the chain slack will change. So tighten up the chain if not done but honestly without seeing the bike in front it is difficult to say what is the problem. I suggest you take it to service center or local mechanic to get the solution

    • @VijayHansora
      @VijayHansora  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Use 3M tape silver colour this is thin that should take care but once you remove the fairing inspect it cuz the place where 2 parts meet and vibrate will have white marks indicating they are roughed up. Apply there mainly.

    • @VijayHansora

      You need to tighten the chain by mechanic or service center while you are sitting on bike so the chain adjustment is done with your load. In short chain slack needs to be done regularly
