How is it humble pie when he needed 3 exhausts to find one 5 years later that sounds okay? Ford could've just done a V8 version and saved the V6 for now
@@Kronos0999 You can't fit a V8 in the engine compartment, and even if you could, it'd throw off the balance of the entire car because it'd be heavier.

I love it. _Improves_ the sound while maintaining the character of the vehicle, not just making it louder. So many exhausts get it wrong, just adding volume with no regard for anything else.
They hit the mark on your exhaust Tim. On the low end it has such a nice cracking sound to it and to hear the car go through the gears, it sounds great. The team did a great job on the install.. Hope you get to enjoy it for many years to come.

The first time I heard/saw a Ford GT was Chris Harris and I was actually blown away by how good the 6 cylinder sounded. And now... am I crazy (well, yea) or is it reminiscent of the Ferrari GTB "piccolo" 6? That new exhaust sounds awesome!!!
Here too, we sometimes hear Skylines and R35's with after market exhausts blasting through the night on the highway nearby and yes... R35 with after market exhaust was my association too
I went back after watching this video and binged the rest of the Ford GT videos, what an incredible journey this car has been on over the last 4 years, recently an Alan Mann Heritage Livery Ford GT was here in my hometown at the American Muscle Car Museum, I got to see it somewhat close up and I immediately thought of you and your Alan Mann color spec GT, I am still excited for any future videos with the GT, it is my favorite of all the Shmeemobiles.
Sounds amazing. One of my favorites alongside the SLS. But a bittersweet homecoming for the GT: its ‘twin’ that was delivered a day apart has departed the Barn.
