One of your best vlogs is this in Vigan.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I wish more people will watch it. I had no idea how Vigan is like and…. Wow! This is the Philippines during the Spanish times - the buildings, karitela/kalesa, church, plaza, small streets, layout of the place is like in Spain. I was surprised how well preserved and clean it is. Thank you for taking us there and appreciate the history, food and place itself. Vigan longganisa is quite famous and all the others that you had. Some regions/provinces have their own version of longganisa and their take on adobo and other Filipino dishes.
You should visit Pampanga for a culinary adventure as they are known for good food and crafts as well furnitures made there and the famous Lantern Festival in December before Christmas.

I've never been to Vigan. This episode brought back some memories when I visited my Grandparents antique ancestral homes. The streets at night was so illuminated and the old designed homes and restaurants in both sides of the streets created a typical Spanish village in the colonial period. I feel like I was transported back to the 1900s while watching it. Good job👏👏👏👏

We've been there for about 3 days and 2 nights way back December 2018, and when finally it's our time to depart the area it feels very nostalgic and I feel like I don't wanna go home anymore.. Difference between Bagnet and Lechon Kawali is that Bagnet is simply crispier and more natural in a way that it doesn't have lots of ingredients throwed in it
Also, Pinakbet is one of my favorite vegetable dish BUT kinda sad why the Pinakbet there doesn't have squash because I always prefer pinakbet with squash AND lastly, 1.4k pesos for all that? That's a bit expensive BUT it's a restaurant so I guess that's fine?
I really wish the KARINDERYA or basically the whole LOCAL FILIPINO FOOD business in the Philippines blooms so that we can get more affordable and more accessible Filipino dish because honestly in a Karinderya, you can get a Pinakbet for like 30-40 pesos only (no bagnet, with bagnet it's more expensive), the common red sweet longganisa for like 10-20 pesos each, a sisig for like a 50-80 pesos, a Pork Sinigang for 40-50 pesos, a Chopseuy for 30-40 pesos
Instead, we only have limited options for it and the prices are like 2-3x more than usual
