Maybe he feels what it's like to be hated for what you are, to be outcast, to be different? Maybe he just has no fear of anything except his dreadful mother. Kemper is a treasure for what he's done for the fbi, behavioural science, the blind, and people in pain after his life of causing pain.

I agree with the abolishment of discrimination based on immutable characteristics. My question is how far that definition can be contorted?
