For the amibo’s having you do battles to unlock gear, that was what you had to do with splat 2 amibo’s too, and if you already got all the gear in 2 that data transfers over to 3

You have to play games and get levels then come back. The amiibos will give you more gear as you level up and win turf wars.
You don't have to level up, just win lots of matches.
@@Danny328DT apparently it takes 20 wins (idk if it’s a specific mode) to get the full set of gear for each amiibo
Ur right u gotta battle 10 turf battles two times and 10 + 10 = 20 & 10 x 2 = 20
