Three new Aqua Allegorias in the Forte line from Guerlain. I said it before, the new launches in the Aqua Allegoria line are getting increasingly better. Technically, at least. Oud Yuzu is a simple citrus with a spicy-dark base. Rosa Palissandro revives echoes from the long gone Rose Nacree du Desert with a dry rosewood-sandalwood accord. But it's Bosca Vanilla that stole my heart. Salty marine notes with what Guerlain has best to offer: the house vanilla.
I think Rosa Palissandro is the best of the trio and it skews quite masculine imo. As these Aqua Allegorias are usually in the womens isle, I wonder if this one would do better in the mens isle. Perhaps as a Guerlain Homme Flanker?

The Rosa one is a nice surprise to me, my favorite of the three. Thank you for your detailed review!
You are very welcome

If you ask me, i would’ve released it into the Absolus d’orient. It’s very good.
