that's at the edge where they are launching the boats. It's over a mile inland from where the coast was yesterday. The water is at the roofline of houses on the coast.
@@Animalman-f3o I also live about 20 miles from the coast. This area in Crystal River is near the intersection for FL44 and US19. Where the reporter is standing, they are on dry land. You can see the water is at least 3 feet deep from the intersection and where the boats are pulling up. That is about a mile inland from where the water usually is. I was at Fort Island beach yesterday afternoon. The water was just starting to rise, but just above anormal high tide. My truck was in the parking lot. That parking lot is underwater today.
É preciso que o governo federal e estadual faça obras contra as enchentes é preciso que o governo federal e estadual faça obras contra o aumento do mar em cidades costeiras
Cause they don't plan for record storms unfortunately. Its quite dumb and I'm a floridian. It's called get to high ground at all costs. Stay away from the water lands. Mother nature will reclaim what she wants back.
@@YouDriveUSuccess I love people on TH-cam that lie. You claim to be in Crystal River. Strange I live near Crystal River and Crystal River has been flooded many times in the last 100 years. Strange that my friend actually lost a home in Yankee Town some years back and built a new one off of the ground. And 7 years ago my boss lost his car when it was flooded in the 2017 hurricane. Funny how people like you think that others believe you.
My granddaughter & great granddaughter were rescued in Crystal River last night! Thanks to Sheriff's Dept. & all others involved!
Grateful for all of our amazing community folks who are coming together & helping each other through this nightmare
I live right there! We evacuated and have been up all night watching the updates. It's awful 😢💔
Thanks everyone for the great work you do.
i HAVE NEVER SEEN CRYSTAL RIVER LIKE THIS EVER AND I LIVE OFF CITRUS AVE
Love from the 305❤
This storm flooded the ENTIRE West Coat of Florida!…
That's not true . I live on the West Coast
@@marcusreilly1011 from Tallahassee to Ft Myers, along the Coast
On the coast doesn’t count. Should’ve lived inland a couple miles 🥱 the “entire west coast”
did it get close to Homosassa Florida
Didn't they know to leave ?
No notice ?
The water looks natural there the houses don’t.
Its not 8 feet in the video where people are actually walking in it.

@@YouDriveUSuccess Sure you do pal.
You're right, it wasn't bad at all. False flag operation.
🤍 I hope everyone is okay 🤍
Thank you, We applaud you all for doing such a great job during this natural disaster 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
"natural"

Why anyone would be buy land in that area is beyond me .

Or keep rebuilding over and over
It's beautiful I buy there in a sec if I could afford but I can barely afford. My house in Ocala
It’s called the cost of paradise, it’s not just financial.
Because it's beautiful. And one of the last natural areas in Florida.
I love it here.
Those who didn’t leave should be charged with reckless endangerment.
Same as last year. And the year before that. And the year before that. And….
Yawn.
Mama always said…
Oh never mind.
We had these two back to back years. Before that, nothing has hit this area in almost 100 years.
