I've had a lot of comments from people who are pointing out the wheel problem on the Minibot at 3:02 The video isn't saying you can drop your Minibot from the back of a moving truck. But that Inspectorbots tests the limit of their systems by pushing the platforms to their breaking point. Only then can you really know their true limitations and discover the weak points to further enhance and improve their capabilities.
www.Inspectorbots.com I really loved these robots they are so cool and powerful.I wish I got any chance to develop such amazing things.I'm looking forward to work with companies like yours who has great visions.Thank you.
Although most of these systems ship out as RC Control, They can be made autonomous by the user with the addition of a micro-controller like an Arduino or a computer running a program.
These are simply rugged and high torque remote control vehicles.. They seem well built, but they are just glorified RC cars. It's quite challenging to make onboard sensor packages and the required computing strength and still keep the vehicle small and rugged enough as these ones are. Still, good work guys on these RC platforms, I hope you can automate and improve these with robotic behaviours eventually.
Modifications of this impressive bot are what is needed for hotel and factory deliveries. Skirting to nearly floor level would prevent various types of accidents, caused by tampering, or objects being caught in rotating wheels.
I love the video footage of the 'bots. Really interested in the water resistance and stair climber models. I need a robotics platform that has punchier motors. Will be visiting your site for sure.
Robot pulling the car is the purest bullshit ive ever seen, even if the robot capable of creating torque to crash diamonds, it still wont pull the car because robot weight is what matters. if this robot weights 10kg there is not possible way that it can pull a car even if its power is comparable to the power of a whole city, period.
30svich you are an idiot. There is no way this robot is 10 kg. My first try at a battlebot came in at around 25kgs with beginner electronics. That robot easily weight 55+ kgs
I might use lightweight platform because it looks easy to build and I need something basic so this will work out. Btw im adding like a pusher thing to it
With the right sensors/software, you should be able to stand the four wheeler up and walk like a segway ( or should I say ninebot), you have enough power, for sure...
Trackbot is the one Marines use right? These cost a heft price for what your getting DJI phantom is a drone from $500-$1500 with a 3 mile range isn't waterproof but waterproofing isn't $2000
Hey guys on your crawler /4x4 one at the 4:30 mark try droop in your shocks with inner springs under the pistion inside the shock you will get more climbing angles and over all stibility
only thing badass about this is that it has huge muscle in a tiny package. but i wonder if these bots that can pull heavy loads also work with a gearbox or something so they can get some speed when needzed aswel. otherwise its easy to get great torque if you work with a few planetary gear assemblys in line :p
It is not possible to exceed the angle of inclination of 45°, because the coefficient of friction µ would have to be greater than 1. However, this condition only occurs when the wheel engages the surface (eg. cog railway).
There is nothing that separates these robots from any general off road robot. They have no innovative technology and appear to be comprised mostly of RC hobby parts.
Small RCs with brushless motors most definitely have the torque and hp to tow a car but the problem is weight...I don't know if a small RC is capable of putting all that power to the ground without wheel spin......maybe if it was geared extremely low
many people have pushed their cars after they have run out of gas. they definitely don't weigh more than the car and they still put enough traction to the ground to move the car. the car is on wheels all the RC has to overcome is the resistance caused by friction in the axial.
SEX sells! ...and guns reminds us of war, which makes us think of sex.. then we become soo horny and confused we just end up buying what ever shit they make!
Towing the Hummer had to have been faked. At the angle of the tow rope the rear of the robot would have lifted off the ground if it were actually "pulling" that vehicle, unless the robot weighs thousands of pounds?
+NX Machines RC(Radio Controlled) cars are ground vehicles directly controlled using wireless transmission. With an RC car each movement is directly controlled in real time from a distance. Robotic cars, sometimes called rovers, are autonomous ground vehicles controlled by an on-board computer. With a robotic car, instructions are given at the start and then the computer controls the car without any human intervention. Although instructions are given periodically, they are not necessary.
+NX Machines They are most likely autonomous. But autonomous vehicles can be used as RC cars if you want. At 1:05 you can see one moving through a pipe, thus implying that these robots can be used for pipe inspection. Using simple RC cars for pipe inspection is a very bad idea as pipes are underground thus having a barrier of soil, rocks and concrete which can block radio waves. In order to do pipe inspection you need an autonomous robot which can guide itself if he loses radio contact with the surface.
joe m Joe, Yes I ship to the UK. The video features several different platforms. Please send me an E-mail at Info@inspectorbots.com to discuss Thanks, Chris
how do they build these? like what components and thing do they use to construct them.I am a GCSE student and I may want to work for a company who does this or make my own for fun.But i don't know how to make them this good or a component list to make them myself. I also don't know how much they may cost.I will also not be able to use steel(or the metal they use)but I may use something easier for me like wood.It may seem weak compared but i will not be throwing them though windows. XD. Can anyone give me an idea on how to make these?

She’s like “I’m tired of shooting this fucking window. Ima just throw a robot instead!”

Loved it when the bot got tossed out the back of the vehicle and then proceeded to move with bent axles.
this is one of the videos which made me intrested in taking engineering as career.
and one day doctor or layer take your money or wife after divorce :)
Impressive work! Your line of robots look great.
Badass!!!! when I saw the guy riding it and spinning, I said "Oh damn!".
Love that little 'bot that can tow the big vehicles! :D
부끄러워하시면서도 오신 분들 위해서 최선을 다하시는 게 정말 보기 좋았어요 ㅋㅋㅋ

some amazin video on that one, quite liked it.

Hi
Wait...this video was recommended at least once every year
Fantastic robot. Nice job.
maybe you can make it more silent, reduce vibration or something. Just an idea..
The early Mega Bots made a whining noise, but new Super Mega Bot is virtually silent- perfect for stealth operations...
your invention is very nice
Amazing, love robotics
3:02 Amazing toughness of the Toughbot, but the wheels aint that tough... :D
They need to make this video more descriptive because all i see is a guy who is pointing out very simple robots that can drive around
2:38
that is a hell lot of torque..
Robot pulling the car is the purest bullshit ive ever seen, even if the robot capable of creating torque to crash diamonds, it still wont pull the car because robot weight is what matters. if this robot weights 10kg there is not possible way that it can pull a car even if its power is comparable to the power of a whole city, period.

wow...i'd love to work there, sounds awesome
Thanks for the comments

Very Nice !
Would love to learn how they works 😃🤓 🤖.
Might take a class on robotics
Good work

Crazy to think that you do all kinds of amazing robotics stuff but fail to adjust the audio of the video while editing...
Gotta make it as quiet as possible for the night vision to even be useful
Bravo ! I want on.

Nice work, the only way to learn how to do it is to do it.

great.....................!
look at 3:01 how the wheel is damaged
It is. He totally landed that thing, and the wheels are as wobbly as a Walmart shopping cart.
Thanks Josh!
Hi
Is that really possible to pull car by small robot?
Small RCs with brushless motors most definitely have the torque and hp to tow a car but the problem is weight...I don't know if a small RC is capable of putting all that power to the ground without wheel spin......maybe if it was geared extremely low
Robot having less weight comparatively and hence wheels may be spin wherever it stand.. for the frictional grip, weight must required.
With a zero-incline, the bot only needs to overcome static friction. It is possible but it depends on the condition of the car.
many people have pushed their cars after they have run out of gas. they definitely don't weigh more than the car and they still put enough traction to the ground to move the car. the car is on wheels all the RC has to overcome is the resistance caused by friction in the axial.
Absolutely , using Planetary Gear Sets .
These were great on comedy central but I'm pretty sure I can get better stuff from a elderly lady at hobby lobby.
I need this in my life
Freaking awesome man!
Hi
3:32 Axial XR10 Rc car... retails at local hobby store for a few hundred dollars..
RC-XD is ready for deployment
can it carry me like a skateboard
saba shagidze yes
@ 0:19 I need this robot for some special operations.
its very useful.
cool...
Is robots are conscious? Do they know what they are doing?
Then how do you explain the patented technology? To receive a patent, as I have for this technology, you have to be both unique and innovative.
Battlebots ....they may be better
Veículos fantástico. Rio RJ Brasil
Whats up with the shooting at the beginning and a girl with a gun? How is it relevant to the topic?
SEX sells! ...and guns reminds us of war, which makes us think of sex.. then we become soo horny and confused we just end up buying what ever shit they make!
Because these vehicles are finding increasing interest of the defence forces, throughout the world.
Anuj Chitale you got issues with cause-effect relations, man
ildarka90 Not really.
Because it makes it all the more funny when they just throw a robot through the windows.
So in other words, you are doing what the movie Home Alone already did.
k.
how much is one of these that I could use as a skateboard
Can your robots overcome muddy stuff, can they climb steps ??
I don't understand the question.
so much intresting
The first clip is my small tank ramming people in call of duty vanguard
Where were you when opportunity got stuck.....
I NEED ONE OF THESE!! :( so how much does the tough one cost? (with water proffing?)
joe m Please send me an E-mail at info@inspectorbots.com
Thanks,
Chris
www.Inspectorbots.com Will do! (when I need one that is . . .)
Can they put shingles on a 40° pitched roof, cause I don't want too....
From where can i start if want to build something like this. What do i need to know about them? someone explain please!!
Quem precisa de exterminadores? Phodastico! hahaha
box with motors.
Why not just buy a traxxas summit.
Lol
Because the fucking axles break every 10 seconds.

What is the stuff used (at 3:33) to waerproof the components? How deep can it get ?
One of what?
A robot?
If so...a lot of robot's have been sent to mars.
One of this company's robots?
I doubt they'r reliable enough.
what;s the difference between robots and RC cars.

what's the type of the moteirs your using?? and how much it cost??
it is so cute!!!!
Dream job
"Robots" aka remote control cars.
So are these autonomous or remote controlled by a human?
Which motor do you use in oscar & minibot.?
Can I get one of these in the UK?

looks worth £100
3:03 Axis was bended when this shit is throwout from car. The toy's only.
0:18 That's a robot? Where do I buy one?
very strong small vehicle
hasiru patta.
i want to buy this, where to buy...?

better than other
Which types of motor is used in this
All of those look like tethered vehicles to me... I didn't see a single "robot".
love it
Oh ja wie hart! OH LECKKKKK!!!!
3:00 Looks like the wheels are now buckled LOL
So easy to make them fail - JAM THE RADIO. Then they will just sit there and shake. (I design similar vehicles and they can never be jammed)
I think these are so costful bots
how do you build them?
i think i pissed myself when the fucking robot jumped through the window
Can track bot carry people
I think he wants to know if these robots are autonomous . I suppose the answer is no.
Good
