My camera was working fine then after trying to download my pictures I got a message on computer no pictures found then my camera just all of a sudden powered off. No power. After watching this video I opened the battery door of my camera I then took the battery out put back in and it worked. I'm so happy 😊 thank you !! It helped.

Well mine does power on but then it powers off but the idk what it's called but the thing that goes out gets stuck. The only way to get it back is if I take the battery off and put in back on but when I power it on again it just retracts the lens then powers off
