Wow… I can’t believe what a difference adding those light weights makes! Did this after today’s lower body and started with 5lbs, then dropped to 3, then gave up on the weights all together. Going to try it again when I haven’t just finished leg day… thanks for keeping this so fresh! 😻

I did this when the power was out at Chris’s house along with a lower body. Trying to keep to her schedule. It was just great, slower speed but those weights got the heart pumping !

I think I worked out 3 times the whole month of December, which is not a good thing, but here’s the good thing, my mindset has changed. A year and a half of workouts with you did that. I just kept thinking, I can’t wait to get back to Chris. I’m hooked! And I love that. So thank you again. I picked this workout to start back with, it’s a favorite.

I love this workout! I only have about 40 minutes in the morning for exercise (can’t make myself get up any earlier😊) and it has been difficult for me to balance aerobics and weights! Not only did this make my time more efficient, it was fun and easy to follow for a not-so-coordinated person that I am. However, with you, I am definitely improving. It is a weird connection but as I get more fit, it makes my favorite hobby of bird photography better -go figure! Than you!

Great to be back. Had to step away for about 10 days because my mom broke her shoulder and I went to Florida to help her and my dad. I did walk while there, but didn't get to do my step and strength. Let me just say, though, how important it is to stay active and strong, if you are able, as long as you can. My mom is 78 and she walks several times a week, treads water for 60 minutes several times per week and watches her 7 year old and 3 year old grandchildren regularly. While she was down for a couple of days right after she broke her shoulder, her strong legs, arms, and core have been what has helped her bounce back mentally and physically (as much as she can with one arm). The OT came to the house and was astonished at her strength for a 78 year old! While surgery is still not out of the question, I know her strong body and mind will help her tremendously if it comes down to that. Watching her has just made me realize I can't quit staying active and staying strong in mind, body, and spirit! Thanks, Chris, for your program to help me do that.
