@@BeyondcategoryThere are several things in your comment that should be addressed. One is that Titus doesn't claim to be a prophet. Do you not know how the Holy Spirit talks to people? Do you understand the "Still small voice"? Do you not know that the Holy Spirit is just a thought in your mind? Have you never believed it was the Holy Spirit speaking to you and you misunderstood? Titus is clearly just a human just like you and I, and doesn't always understand the voice of the Holy Spirit the way he should. What if the Holy Spirit said something like, "Don't worry about June 28"? Or "It won't go to trial AS THEY HAVE PLANNED"? And Titus understood "it won't go to trial at all. Does that make Titus a false prophet? If so, then there is an innumerable number of sincere Christians (including myself) that are false prophets. I'm not saying that Titus didn't do anything wrong. That definitely was a mistake. Titus, being a minister, has a high responsibility, so it is normal and good for them to get more criticism. And we can learn from the errors of others, in this case, learn to be careful to say exactly what God told you! (And I have made that same mistake too, so you're welcome to call me a false prophet if you wish). Didn't you also report that Geoff & Stephenie's children wanted to run away from their dad and never see him again before Titus said anything about Geoff at all? So, how can it be that Titus caused that? The bible says: "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." (Galatians 6:7) I can say from my own experience as a child, that there were many times when my whole family and almost everyone I knew on earth spoke really bad about my Dad, and said all kinds of terrible things about him, but that didn't matter at all to me, I knew that my Dad was a loving father, and I always stayed close to him no matter what others said about him. And they even tried and pretty much made us separate, but I know the truth I didn't care what everyone else said, even when they told me I was going to hell because I wanted to be with my Dad. So I know the bible to be true: If you sow love, you will also reap love. If you sow strife, you will reap strife. And that's exactly what I've seen. (Of course, there are exceptions, but especially not with children).
