Repentance means change. And He has given us self control. So it is something that we can overcome thru hard wrk and dedication. Askn The Father for strength, and to rid urself of the sin. Specifically. We mk mistakes sure...but it's possible to rid urself frm specific sin.
In my life repentance wasn't something supernatural from God. I decided to fear God and stop doing things that displeased Him. That is just the way I lived for a long time. God eventually came to me and there was one more thing He wanted me to repent from and I did then He gave me the Holy Spirit. He gave me His abundant life. The devil will attack your children if you are living in sin. When I was given the abundant life my son was healed. From the time my son was an infant he got constant strep throats, about every 3 months. He never got sick again when my life changed.
yes, you can. Anyone, on anything. Also good to know is that repentance is not only asking, but also stopping that sin, or turning away from it. Then the repentance becomes valid. God bless you

I appreciate some of your comments, but hope you will consider the following.❤ I thought Titus gave a loving and educational talk about the state of the dead at the funeral, which was presented to some attendees who likely did not understand this truth prior to Titus' talk. It seemed to be a group of people (with varied backgrounds and understanding of truth) grieving the loss of a Godly lady. Also, James White's funeral, as well as other pioneers, were held on Sabbath afternoons. Their lives testified to the Lord's love and power to save each one of us, as we cooperate with Him. Remember that there is a whole world of people out there that have not had access to the light you have. They may have a love for truth, but they can't handle a huge serving of it all at once.❤ Jesus was moved with compassion when He saw the sheep without a Shepherd. He even told His own disciples that there were many things He wished to tell them, but He could not tell them everything because they could not handle it all at once. God is working individually with each person and will help them grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We cannot be like the pharisee, patting ourselves on the back, thinking that we are better than others. We are counseled to err on the side of mercy. We must be like Jesus, the true Good Samaritan.❤🙏
@@Psalm42_1 Okay as you said Titus talked about the state of the dead, Ellen was buried on the Sabbath when l learnt this a few yrs ago it was a shocker to me, but then l thought she had no controle over her funeral as she is a dead woman. I lost my son at the age of nine in a drowning incident and l would not let them do the post-mortem on a Saturday as the enemy of souls pushed on the delay of it. I let the officer know my stance as a Sabbath keeper. I am not perfect l have been tested in the past on the Sabbath and failed big time so l am not putting Titus down at all, just pointing out things. I hope he can teaches the members on dress r, music and diet reform as he seems to have that down pack from previous videos l have watched. Most SDA today are a joke and make a mockery of truth but those who study their bibles knows what God requires of them. We must be an example and a witness to the world.

As far as I know Titius has pointed people out on dress reform, but you cannot force anyone. That ain't spirit of Jesus.
