We stay here every time we sail from Galveston. Agree that it is good location, and reasonable rate. Also, if you want 2 Restuarant's are a 10-minute walk. No shuttle, but cab is a good way to get to port. Cards with phone number are placed around lobby. Best to call when you get here to set pick up time.

Was shuttle included ?
Good point. Shuttle service is an additional $30 each way. We paid for an outside shuttle for $70 round trip. The number for this service is located at the front desk.

Pretty nice hotel but beds are rather hard.
