Glad to see this tour of another DEN designed home! Beautiful home and I love the artistic touches. I super appreciate DEN showcasing videos like this, but in the future it would be nice if the video quality was a little higher. For example, when Dylan is talking about the concrete floors in the main floor bathroom I would expect the camera to either pan down and show the floor, or have some B-roll of the floor so we can get a feel for what he's talking about. Several instances like that in this video where the video shots aren't all that immersive.
Seems a very nice guy but wished we'd seen more of the house than him. When he says cathedral ceilings, why not let us see the goddam ceilings instead of him sitting down?
Absolutely stunning - love all the design choices in this one, and the Alpine is my favorite plan - it’s really the best of both worlds. It would have been nice to see the concrete flooring in the downstairs bath Dylan was speaking of, as well as the flooring in the upstairs bathroom. Also, does that master bathroom have a skylight? I have a thing where I think all bathrooms should have windows!
Beautiful, love the bees wax idea on the wood, I never thought about that. Things that annoyed me are the nook is so small and the kitchen has the window over both the sink and the stove top, which I believe is poorly designed with that amount of heat and cold changes near the stove and with any kind of potential food or oil splatter could age the windows integrity over time. Also I bet he wishes he poured the cement further for that outside pad. It seems like it is ok for the hot tub only but not for anything additional like an outside table to eat at. Along with the grass is so low beneath the cement pad that it appears someone could potentially (potentially) sprain their ankle or even fall. Just thinking about those folks who may walk on it. Is this his primary house or is it for renting/ airbnb? But other than that, it's on the right path to my ideals.
😢😢😢 I did not even see much, he spoke about concrete floor but I did not even see it, there supposed to be a silent moment to view and tour the house from exterior to interior, room by room with music background 😢😢😢
These are great, but definitely need to zoom out. You can't get a feeling for the entire space - the camera is focused on him so much. Just can't get a feeling for it at all.
They barely even showed the home! The camera was on him the whole time! Point??? I mean, when he's in the guest bathroom, all you see is a shot of him with the shower wall behind him while he's blabbing on about the concrete floors.... which they don't even show!! wtf
Terrible ‘tour’ because it’s not a tour at all with the limited footage of the lay out that is shown of the house. Use a wide lens for crying out loud! The videographer is probably used to film house products and interviews. One tip : don’t film a house tour ever again!
u should learn how to do a house tour. House might be beautiful but at least for me we got 0 idea about whats its like inside. The person which sees it must be able to create a map of what is he seeing in his mind. Parts must related to each other, not just glimpses of what looks pictoresque and cinematic to you, and a bunch of useless cinematic effects
I would like to have seen more of the inside space.

Talks about concrete floors and doesn’t even show them 😂
@@unitaper Seriously. What a tool belt.
I was wondering if I was the only one noticing these things. Guess not! Lmao
Same, kinda hated the video because I didn't get to see the house.
Home tour without the owner would be nice 😂
Your prefabricated house is very beautiful and modern, the interior is sophisticated, the spaces are bright and harmonious. Thank you.🙏
So well done, love how they stuck with the design of the original renders.
This is elegant minimalism. I love the finishes and your pride in your new home
Enjoy !
Fisher and Paykel - pronounced Pike-elle its a New Zealand thing! Glad youre enjoying these wonderful and long lasting products.
Somebody forgot their wide angle lense.... The guy looks good, but it would be more interesting to see more of the house
It’s 900-sq ft. Not much else to see. My backyard shed is bigger.
I was thinking the same thing, I've seen 400ft Tiny houses that had more of the house in the shot than this.
I love this house. I think I would need it to be just a bit bigger. Like a full office space. Definitely appreciate the upstairs bathroom for sure.

Beautiful.
Loved this house
Sooooo where do we see the ACTUAL tour?
exactly
Excluding land, how much did it cost to construct?
Need more expanded views, of the interior layout. Everything felt zoomed in. Nice place though.
Agreed! It actually felt quite small
Nice! But in northern regions, we need a screen porch. So many bugs! The deck is not inviting. Very stern!
Can you build this for me in Vermont or Maine? How much?
Def would have made the side window in living room much longer to really feel like the outside is being brought inside.
nice if U want just to see.. miss info/layouts if U want to order ... more info .. more chances to sell...

Nice simple house with great use of minimalism, except the use of "I" throughout the whole video.

You are right, too much of the person instead of the space.
Primary bedroom and primary bathroom.
I didn’t see the house. Too much talking, not enough showing.
Buy a shorter focal length. If he talks at length about a floor, it would be nice to actually see it. 🤦♂️

nothing "new" here. overall i like the design. its trendy from its color tones.
Waste of money.
If someone wants plans for this. I could show you where you can get them for free. You can also make any change you want.
Terrible camera angles. Mentioned 25ft ceilings and never showed. I cringed watching this.
This house taking over a year to build, with already buildable plans, is laughable
Show the house not yourself
