Good job guys! Here's a tip from an old cake decorator for cutting smoothly into the cakes: Run your knife under hot water for a few minutes and wipe it off. Also if the cake is refrigerated and the knife is hot, it works even better!

i recommend gently combining the wet and dry ingredients. if you overwork them they don't rise. i think at least the first cake could be a little fluffier by working it less

200g white sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Whisk.
2 bananas, mashed
2 tbsp biscoff spread or peanut butter
30ml coffee
250ml plant based milk
Mix.
140ml Coconut oil (melted)
Add dry ingredients to wet
Whisk.
Pour batter to 2 tins
30mins, 180°C
12:29 its important to tell us tin sizes, and possible alternative sizes. Ex. Would 2x1lb tins = 1x2lb tin?

When spreading icing or buttercream stand the blade of the knife in a jug of hot water to spread it easier
