51:42 Scuttle is made from the flesh of beetles. There's a really great in-game book added by Tamriel Rebuilt which is a pamphlet from a Dunmer warning his countrymer that this foreign substance imported by Imperial merchants called cheese isn't made from wholesome insects, but is actually made from the milk of mammals. He finds the very idea extremely disgusting and likens it to drinking piss.
I've been thinking about this concept for years. I think it canonically took dude like nine years or something to finish daggerfalls story. Don't actually know offhand how long it took the nerevarine.
46:05 - even though you are a bit disoriented, consider yourself lucky...when i played Morrowind, it was on the Xbox, so every door i opened added about 30-45 seconds between clicking and realizing "crap, it wasnt even the right door"...supposedly, Morrowind straight-up Rebooted the Xbox to clear out its memory, hidden by the "stuck progress bar" on the loading screen tip...nowadays, speedrunners dont even have to use a SmartSplit for timing without loading, because there practically IS no loading anymore... (im sure the "toppest-level" runners still Do, because even a difference of .001 seconds is A Difference...)
Real talk, you rock the bald look really well. I hope I can do that, baldness runs in the family, and once it starts to show at any level, I'll just clean shave the top of my head at least.
Guild guides are one of the many reasons I roll a magic-user every time I play Morrowind. If I'm gonna be in and out of the Mages Guild halls all the time anyway, might as well do their quests. Plus it seems very mage-like to want to minimize the amount of walking. Physical exertion, how mundane.
I fell asleep to this, had really weird dreams about going to work (i work in a warehouse) but it was inside artificial chinese island made of metal, you got inside by a submarine. Everything there look modern but the lights were very yellow and it made me nervous. It was a really long dream but when i woke up the video was only at like 40 minutes so I must have slept for 20
Does Morrowind have a survival mode mod? And if so could you do a similar idea where you have a certain amount of in game days to complete main quest / Any quest.

Oo, this is gonna be one hella fire challenge run that I cant wait for
I really bet that given the time it took, you could complete the main quest and DLC in under a week if properly routed.
Gueedes (sp?) is like a little kid that only wants your attention when you’re focused on something else.

It is called Ashfall, and I really love that mod. I can't recommend it enough.
Watch mehrune Mike's last video
wo ho
Speedrun idea: have the inventory menus covering your screen the whole game.
Alternatively play at the lowest possible resolution.
There's a relatively recent mod that makes the game like the Souls' games i.e. the menus don't pause the gameworld. That would be an added challenge.
