❤#1 TH-cam guitar instructor, whose tone and methodology explanations really harmonize with my ears and my brain and my rock sensibility. I’m so glad I found you today.
Great Channel I'm 59 been playing on and off for years. Always looking for new information this video opens up more possibilities for growth! Thanks sir you have a new subscriber 🤟🏻
Just found your channel and I’m like I like this guy with a big smile and I subbed. Definitely wanna try this. You make it look easy. Dude , cool stuff and thanks. Gonna be checking this out.
Give ‘em the 5 pos run pattern, brother, then modulate rel min-Maj interrelated modes, blow their minds. We do this on stage and ppl think their witnessing a miracle and just found the next Hendrix or Yngwie. Young guitarists learn it, practice it 3x per day for just 10-15min(frequency of exposure) - they’ll be YOUNG masters in 6months, practicing other techniques (circ5ths/dynamic triplets/diatonics/blues theory and techniques) over next year after that, they’ll be GIT ready. Of course, they’ve gotta be ready to play with others, big part of any program. Always great to hear some fresh material, brother! (and concepts/lessons from decades ago that I’d long forgotten and work on to sharpen up). Keep it coming👊👊👍👍
Very true ..Great guitar players no longer grow on trees like in the 70s/80s......its like the fading art of Ninjitsu 🤘I'm totally onboard, pay it forward Brother!!!!!
SO much goood energy , im on fire whooooo , like and suscribe ! love the F rock n roll ! OK i understand , man here its a bubble moment , finally something in me want to stop struggling with what i think to know or not , because this things never works with live music or compositions , maybe in studio for a session you don t give a shit but live i know its only about instinct and it s complex ...and simple things with a lot of stylistic implication whoa , this vids can change my playing for ever ! ! sorry for my english i m french guy . Thank you , i feel good .
I'm 60. I think probably the best influence to learn from is Ted Nugent. Copy and learn Ted's licks from all his albums and you have all rock guitar history from the past on your plate. Including blues, soul etc. The rest depends on your willingness and amount of practice time.
Thanks for the lesson and the Andy Woods info. I checked out Andy Timmons, I like his style and tone, yes that album with Kip is not like anything ive heard kip do before.
@jittboy1 All the Great know this I discovered it in Tommy Tedsecos book on reading.I went to GIT 96..but never seen it done your way . I could take a lesson from you on FaceTime or Whatsapp..What you know I've been looking for it for years
If some guys can play as fast as you can play they probably know that stuff .I love the Zack riffs but the young cats and old cats like myself have the same old problem of clean picking and unwanted noise from sloppy picking. I would like to see you show some ways of cleaning up my picking .Alot of videos also do not show you how you get your good sound that would be a good lesson bro .Thanks man I'll be watching.
yeah me too! would love to see the right action when doing that Zakk stuff brother. came across your channel by accident just now and already subscribed. great stuff
No they are all real lol the one in video is a custom shop from Gibson I never owned one or played one would like to try one lol only guitar felt a little fake was esp Edwards to me
Rhett shull has amazing looking content but is extremely average at best 😂 tim pierce is a master at making simple stuff sound amazing but some people have a gift of song writing like slash, tom morello or soundgarden man fantastic rock musicians!
