my niece got married to an Ismaili in the USA 20 years ago. She told me you are all wrong, my in laws fast, pray and follow Islam. She did say that she is not allowed to go inside the mosque to pray and that was the missing piece of information, she did not say why. Exactly, at least Salim found some issue in his community and making an effort to bring out what traditionally wasn't questioned by followers. Vested interests got to work and one after another the kings were swayed to Christianity, but even this did not save the Europeans from bickering amongst themselves. Napoleon had a dream like Charlemagne and tried to bring order, but even he was put to order. WW1 and WW2 and what we see now is the abandonment of Christianity all over Europe.

First of All, There are only between 2/3 millions of Ismailis. Not 15 millions as they Falsely claim. And out of them only 3% attend early morning Congregation. And maybe few 1 or 2 % wakes up in their own residence to perform Bandagi. And out of the these only half of the Jamaat sits 1 full hr in Bandagi. Very very small number at the end. So not many are interested in asking questions about this.
