Italy has 15 normal regions, 4 regions with special statute and 2 provinces (generally considered 1 region) with special statute, commonly referred to as a total of 20 regions.

Thanks for the clarification of Panama, but they didn't mention the specification. It is divided into 10 provinces (including 2 corregimiento-level indigenous regions) 4 indigenous regions (provincial level) which in total is divided into 16 administrative divisions. Also the Philippine map is outdated, they split Maguindanao into 2 separate provinces as of September 17, 2022.

The UK has two Kingdoms not four, England and Scotland, one Principality, Wales and Northern Ireland. Each divided into administrative Counties and Metropolitan Counties which surround and part of the larger cities. The British Isles also consists of five Crown Dependencies, the Isle of Man and the four Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark) which are independent and not part of the UK. The Island of Ireland is geographically part of the British Isles.
