    Hope you are enjoying your stay in Guam. If I remember correctly, Micronesia Mall was the place locals took their kids to for Halloween.

    • @MattReardonVlogs
      @MattReardonVlogs  หลายเดือนก่อน

      That could be true. I should check it out and see if anything is happening there for Halloween. I don't go often as there isn't much to do there but maybe they have some activities for Halloween

    I was looking at buying a house in Agat and moving to Guam. Is Agat a good area? Bad area?

      It's a little more south but I haven't heard much bad about it. It is closer to businesses and governmental places so probably not too bad. Even more south gets nicer I would imagine

    It's a sort of ads for hyatt hotel? Crazy expensive place for only rich people and needs some sos big repairs soon.

    • @MattReardonVlogs

      Hahaha I guess unpaid ad as there is no affiliation. Just a video showing some details of the place for those coming to visit

      @@MattReardonVlogs Matt, truly very interesting your video of course and a huge thanks for it, but in the same time it makes me incredibly sad too. Sorry if I have to tell you always my honest opinion as well. Enjoy your stay, you are such a lucky young man.

    Oh boy. I was dreading watching this video. You do good videos but as a contractor I have a client who buys budget hotels and runs them terribly. I am gunshy from hotels. Imagine this, housekeepers are only allowed 30 minutes to clean your room, your bathroom, change the bed. When you enter a hotel room, check under the bed, behind the night stand, under the chair, behind the television, the window sill, the balcony. If it is clean in these places you have a good hotel. I have worked some fancy hotels that are disgusting.

      Oh wow that sounds crazy! I know the housekeepers always have to hustle. I always check my room when I stay somewhere because you never know what corners were cut

    Matt thanks for this video of Hyatt Regency 🩵 I enjoyed watching this. It looks beautiful however the exterior needs some work imo. The nighttime view of the hotel looks nice though. I’m amazed how the room rates are kinda pricey 😂. Just wondering if there are Japanese tourists that go2 Guam? They usually go2 Hawaii.

      You are right! The exterior needs work indeed. But seems like that's not on their immediate list of fixes. Many Japanese come to Guam, but not as much as before Covid Pandemic. Also some have decided not to come due to crime rate here and how a few tourists have been targeted in the past which is just sad
