Unreal... I had to watch this a few times to really enjoy it all. You made painting the clouds look so easy. I couldn't do that on my best day. This is better than Knott's, it's the idealized version of how it would all look without the steel roller coasters going over everything. I loved the motorized leg at the hotel and Sad Eyed Joe in the jail.
I just have been enjoying this stunning layout and operation, and quality video! An awesome railway that is just different! Please though, tell me you have a Wile E Coyote and a Road Runner hidden somewhere?
Dear Sir, I looked at the clouds on your backdrop. I wondered, could i do something like it? Then i learned you are an artist, so i couldn't. They are too good to be painted by an amateur. But, it is always good to know. Cheers from Brazil!
Thank you for that look back it was alot of fun. Can't wait for next year's adventure in Thunder Mesa. Wish I had the skill you have in designing all that you do. GOD BLESS And HAPPY NEW YEAR 🚂💖🚂💖🚂💖🚂💖🚂
Thank you sir. A great year looking forward to seeing more. I could watch your layout all day . Now iam in the mood to go to Knott's Berry farm. Great video s.
Dave, Thank you for sharing your wonderful adventures in modeling the Thunder Mesa Railroad. I am currently beginning an N scale layout and have defiantly been inspired by your creativity and work. I have two filament, one resin 3D printers and a laser cutter. I have been experimenting wit all of them for best results in modeling. I use my restored, 70 year old reciprocating scroll saw and table saw were used by my uncle Loren to repair my aunt Gligh's weaving looms that she used in a shop at Knott's Berry Farm. I guess that's my tie with Knott's. Happy New Years! Looking forward to see what the next year brings us on the Thunder Mesa Mining Co.

Hey Dave, awesome layout. Hope to visit it one day. Will you be working on the interior of the Calico Mine in the near future?
