Just picked my new LS 500 up and loaded with everything… I’m 37 and have had many nice cars including Lexus GS’s … I’ll always come back to LEXUS … most comfortable, reliable and quality vehicle out there! If you’ve never owned one you can’t say.. I’ve owned Mercedes, Maserati, VW… everything and nothing will compare…

Hey Chris. Great Review. This is a very fine luxury car that will last a long time. The Longevity is what separates this car from the S Class, 7 series, A8, etc.

My 2020 LS500 is a great performer. 0-60 under 5 seconds and quarter mile in mid 13s. Twin turbos make terrific torque at low rpms. This car will put you in the back of the seat like no V8 LS before it. 10 speed is terrific. Optional luxury interior is unmatched. Quality + reliability

The LS is so underrated. It has an MSRP of 78k and you get a lot for you bang. This car is so reliable and will last you easy 20 years with no major repairs.

Well, just one word: “ exquisite “! Seriously! I live very close to a Lexus dealership & see customers visiting and driving mostly ( SUVS ).. For the person or couple who loves to drive to the Country Club or weekend beach house, this car seems to fit the bill.. I mean they probably have a nice retirement package too( financially speaking ) .. Thanks for your review, Chris!👍

Most comfortable ride is my wife's 2015 LSL . The 8 cylinder
engine is quiet, responsive and smooth as a turbine. The interior is spacious like a limo and the ride dreamy. My son is driving my 2013 LS 2015 FSport
and his wife has my wife's 2008 LSL460 These cars are very reliable, safe and free of problems. I have a 2019 LS500
which has the responsive 6 cylinder biturbow engine.

A 21st century Lincoln Towncar is a good comp for the LS 500. The most comfortable I've riden in recently was a 2015 BMW 535i. 9:50

Would have t go with my 2014 LS460L AWD. No Exec seat but everything else. MSRP in 2014 was $102K with shipping. Picked it up in 2018 with 10,070 miles for $46k. Cashmere gold, parchment and bamboo wood. My dream car but then I'm in my 60's now.

Too sad it has a junky V6 instead of that smooth V8 they used to have. And they want 105,000 for a Camry V6 with so,e turbos, right. I take a Yukon Denali with 6.2 liter V8 for less money and lord over this low rider. Sure enough this LS will die and there won’t be a next generation. Garbage. Good review though.

@@AutoAcademics Here is an alternative, Genesis G90 with smooth V8. Or Chrysler 300 with HEMI. Or a Mercedes with a V8 or BMW. That is if one wants big luxury sedan. If not V8, I go with a Tesla model S.

But the amount of money your spending on maintenance, repair bills, having to take the car a lot more frequently to the dealer. This car is worth the price tag lol. If you don’t got the bread just say that lol. Just because you wouldn’t get it doesn’t mean it’s not worth the price tag. Mb and Audi and bmw offer, a flagship large sedan and this literally competes in everyway and I’m pretty sure this is maxed out in options a base s class is running u around the price of this, so 🤷. I rather have a luxury brand vehicle that is absolutely gorgeous inside and out, loaded with all the luxury features a human can need, apple car play, huge screen, more sensors than a bank vault. Cloud 9 driving experience, the road presence and exterior design. And it’s a vehicle I can own, a vehicle I can keep for 10+ years, head ache free outside of wear and tear items and regular maintenance. And the power train I’m sure is Toyota which is why it’s going to be reliable and much more cheap to maintain, which you can’t say that about the competition. And no I would never take this to a Toyota dealership, regardless of it being mechanically Toyota. It’s a very very expensive and complex vehicle that I would never let a express lane or a even the main shop at Toyota touch, I work at Toyota and own a Lexus. I would only take this vehicle to Lexus. Even if you have money, ownership cost, drastically changes your perception of, what’s worth it.
