I feel like green beans would work better compared to zucchini cuz it's tougher texture and not as watery. That's what I'll be trying since my husband just isn't an asparagus fan 😹

Beautiful beautiful simple vegan bakes please make more or a small little series like a month or two beautiful series I keep wanting to go vegan I tried the Purple Carrot box a few years ago but didn't like , then I just tried the plant based meats I didnt like I keep trying but don't like em weird taste ... The only thing I liked was the vegan sneaker doodle and the homemade ice cream I made out of bananas ... But I guess i need to try and make one of these receipes with my own seasoning

Yes definitely! Unless it's The Tofoo Co. tofu which is firm tofu and only requires draining, not pressing - I use that most of the time! Thanks for watching ☺️
Whenever I cook a recipe that says to cook things like onion in oil, I just use a bit of water. I still use a bit of oil though when I have to make a roux
You could just use water I guess! I don't have any issues with using a little oil in cooking especially when it's a good quality oil - everything in moderation and it helps carry flavours, spices in particular ☺️
