I have made oats with caramelized bananas and that caramel sauce for the last 3 days. We cannot get enough of it! I did add toasted pecans. We sometimes buy them from the supermarket and they only last around 4 days, I water them a little every day but this year we're growing our own so I'll see if it's any different - in general though they don't last very long! Thanks so much for watching :-) X

Congrats on 300K - you truly deserve it. I have a question though...in the tofu Katsu curry recipe, you used aubergine (it's called eggplant in my country 😁). I've heard you are supposed to salt the slices for 20 minutes, rinse and dry them before use to get the bitterness out first. Is it possible/necessary to do that here ? I really want to make the recipe so I thought I'd better check first. (I love your bake trays as well, I've never seen anything like that here.😮)

Ah the mochi was gifted to me from the brand to try, unfortunately I don't think it's available in Ireland yet though I know it's now available in UK Tesco's so I'm hoping it will make it over here eventually! Pre-covid, we also used to drive up to Newry once a month, there's a HUGE Tesco and Sainsbury's there and we'd stock up on everything we can't find in here. I also order a lot from SoulBia, they're based in Newry too and ship to Ireland :-) I'll definitely mention in future videos where you can find the products in Ireland! Thanks for watching! X

I live in Ireland at the moment - most of the food here, especially fruit and veg, is imported since we don't have much of a warm climate, so you can pretty much find everything in supermarkets year round as it's brought in from other countries! X
Everything looked amazing as always! Doesn't the tofu need to marinate/salt to taste something? I really hope for more videos from u this veganuary (well, this whole year haha!)
I usually marinate tofu if it's in a curry, for fajitas etc. but if I'm bread-crumbing it then I personally don't feel it needs marinating! Thanks so much for watching :-) X

Ah the mochi was gifted to me from the brand to try, unfortunately I don't think it's available in Ireland yet though I know it's now available in UK Tesco's so I'm hoping it will make it over here eventually! Pre-covid, we also used to drive up to Newry once a month, there's a HUGE Tesco and Sainsbury's there and we'd stock up on everything we can't find in here. I also order a lot from SoulBia, they're based in Newry too and ship to Ireland :-) I'll definitely mention in future videos where you can find the products in Ireland! Thanks for watching! X

Hey ! I love love your reciepes and your channel ! I am curious to know where do you live because where i live its winter so no more tomatoes for me 😭
I live in Ireland at the moment - most of the food here, especially fruit and veg, is imported since we don't have much of a warm climate, so you can pretty much find everything in supermarkets year round as it's brought in from other countries! X
Your dinner is a veggie version of a VERY popular dish in Argentina - it's called milanesas. You can also make them out of chickpeas. Check it out!

I usually marinate tofu if it's in a curry, for fajitas etc. but if I'm bread-crumbing it then I personally don't feel it needs marinating! Thanks so much for watching :-) X
