I have autism, and I can always tell if someone else has autism. For John, it is like he is screaming it. The joy when it comes to certain things that he likes, such as Harley. He notices the little things when it comes to her, such as how her accent comes and goes. He stims, through his little thumbs up that he does quite often. The occasional lack of emotion, the wrong emotion for certain situations. The intention is definitely there in my opinion.

There's so many hints that Harley, before her and John teamed up to go get revenge on Bruce, despised him.
The way she kept walking towards him with the hammer over her shoulder, not stopping. "SHUT UP JOHN." "Don't get him hurt, that's my job." "Take John with ya. 🙄😒" She looked upset when he said that her and Bruce are his closest friends. I don't know what happened to make her like him, or maybe she faked that aswell. 🤔
