I’ve always gone by what I believe, not necessarily what others say, but Marc has given me more understanding with the written documents and explanations as proof. And at the end of the day WE ALL know what this and other governments are capable of NOT ALL BUT MOST MPs ARE IN IT FOR THEMSELVES. PK IS FOR THE PEOPLE. There are obviously lots of people out there. So all the towns citys need people in all areas to get groups of people involved people that know the law so people can be taught becase OAPS and sick people cant do it. Ex insurance citizans police veterans fire fighters Anbulance staff hospital staff people Typists any one who can help and get people who would be sitting at home meeting new friends etc. Stop paying all council tax Tv licence fines Taxes Energy bills as you have already paid them and paying them again thats the coruption. So your not paying the Tyrants So the thousands you are saving a year people will be able to fund the cause. £1 pound from 30,000,000 million people 30 million quid thas not even half of the population x that by £10.00 quid £ 300 million The people will have lots more money and you will be putting money in to help the cause. Stop all the funding stops Remove Ulez and all Eyes 5g Towers speed cameras ltns. Remove them out of the hotels. make citizens arrests on mps councils home office police etc

And yes, not everyone feels comfortable going to court, and it takes time to understand all this information. It's like learning a new language, some people get it better and faster than others. If we can have people representing them, like we have solicitors doing that already, that's a great service!
I've been looking forward to seeing the alternatives showing up. It's us, the people, that will create the new society. For anyone waiting for the "new politician" to be elected, you're still dreaming. Time to wake up, unite, and create a new society that is fair for all.

It is something just to turn up and be counted. My local common law meeting sometimes attracts 40-50 people, but if only it were 200 or 2000 what a difference it would make. If people just get together ideas and action will blossom. Remember the 80/20 rule where 20% of the people achieve 80% of the results, so numbers count. My local group is considering a trust.

We are a country owned that is owned by the monarch. Every piece of soil is owned by them. The humans that exist on the soil believe themselves to be citizens are, in fact, subjects. Worse still, the monarch also happens to own the soil of the country known as Canada.
As a starting point we all need to recognise these relationships.

Yes that sounds good, they don't even seem to be checking with doctors just decline so you have to appeal everything, even then I here the person making the decision at DWP not medically trained and keep the decision quite from the people writing and giving people medicals over a phone, what a joke.

Thanks, I did the noc2 which led to me pushing the Magistrates Court via a dsar for proof of an actual summons/liability order or warrant issued in my name regarding council tax, 3 months for a reply with constant emails and phone calls chasing them up, the court admitted there is not and never was anything issued in my name, boom

Why do you think Telegram is a mess? There are some very good chats on there most days and it is moderated so people don’t spam it with a load of the relevant rubbish, it’s one of the best forums for having a focused discussion I’ve ever been on.

How would you propose to safeguard any donations? Most should be aware by now of what’s potentially coming down the line; financial crash, CBDC, if a large amount of funds are kept in a bank account, they are risk of being lost if and when something occurs.
Dwp drag the tyrants out citizands arrests and we will put someone in charge to do the right thing. Same with police inspector s etc they will await trial in prision
My humble observations are that all revolve around the rules, principles and canons of correct statutory interpretation of the legislation. And, the correct issue presented as the court has a duty to deal only with the issue before the court and nothing else.
And therein lies the problem... are the rule of law and separation of powers constitutional principles or is parliament god?
Suggest you drop the McKenzie friend references, especially in any court venue; as they imply that you are a litigant in person. Refer to them as your Legal Counsel for all matters in or at law.

Technically we will be Interveners (as opposed to McKenzie / Advocates - just using phrases that are more commonly understood. The individual either as claimant or respondent will be an LiP.
When I attended court they addressed me as Mc Kenzie friend the judge did for something different electric bill for a elderly person I helped just saying 😊
@@tcrookes2803Litigants are recognised as people who are involved in a lawsuit. This is a lesser standing than those of us who present themselves eg. as a prosecutor for their case and or claim; in or at law with or without Legal counsel

When I get around to it - based on the Kofa and Patini judgments it already needs updating from February!!! This is an iteritive process of applying new knowledge as it becomes available, btu use latest versions available as the issue are simply being narrowed!!!

@@josieholland4144 Hugh I believe is on the cards for that - he's a chartered accountant but then to be fair it doesn't take much in the way of those levels of skills. We'll probably just publish the statements to put any minds at rest, probably in becoming a caretaker you will receive a regular ish email distribution detailing what we are upto - cases being taken on / wins (hopefully) and the bank statements for good order.
FEES ONLY FOR SELECTED CASES WHICH MOVE THE CHESS PIECES A STEP CLOSER TO CHECK MATE... sometime we may need to sacrifice a piece and we may unexpectedly loose a piece... but unless we are really off the mark it is check mate and they know it!!!

The problem with charities is when those running them start using the funds for salaries and to fund their lifestyles, how do you intend to address this issue?
