John Deere 24 Square Baler Knotter Problems

Some video of myself bailing first cutting hay with my John Deere 24 Square Baler, Then the problems start. I thought I had it taken care of by the end of first Cutting, but as soon as I started second cut it reared its ugly head again. After some research and investigation I finally figured out what the issue was.
