Grateful for your watch and sub Marcel. Very happy to share this hobby together. It is a wonderful experience indeed. Lots of content coming for this channel! 👍🏼👍🏼
Man, thank you for this video. You very eloquently put into words exactly why I fell in love with pipe smoking just a couple months ago and have continued to hold on to it like the precious thing it is. I have no doubt that your experience smoking pipes had some influence on your ability to articulate these ideas so well. Enjoy your pipe, enjoy your woods, wish you the best.
Always a pleasure to get a comment like this. You said it perfectly. It’s so nice how we identify with each other through time and space. I’m very happy you enjoyed this video. Sounds like you’ve found a deep love of pipe smoking like myself! 👍🏼👍🏼😌
Well done, very old school setting. Keep em coming young man don't change a thing. I been a pipe smoker many years and I love it. I am a retired Iron worker and I always enjoyed my pipe up on the iron where eagles fly,
Wow thanks so much for your comment! I really appreciate your encouragement. I bet the views up on the iron are amazing! Great place to enjoy a pipe. 😁

Great video, man! I just subbed ya...wonderful reflections on what a pipe is all about! I've been a pipe guy for 40+ years and remember the golden age of pipe smoking from childhood...by the time I was 4, I knew I had to be a pipe guy when I grew up! I'll give you a shout out on my next video, which should be by the weekend...I'm waiting for the Peterson St. Patrick's Day pipe I somehow snagged last night during the crazy rush when they dropped on SmokingPipes last night...😁
Great channel, very detailed and some great points on pipe smoking especially for someone who like myself doesn't know a lot about it. The black and white setting was perfect for your surroundings press on and keep em coming
Thanks Jack. Very glad to have you watch, and I value your comments on this video. If you’re’ new to pipe smoking, welcome to the hobby. Remember to be patient. Lots of content ahead for this channel! ✌🏼😁👍🏼
Nice first video, sir. I purchased my first pipe in an antique shop over 40 years ago. It's nice to see younger gentlemen taking up the pipe. You covered some excellent aspects of the hobby and it's true, pipe smoking is truly a brotherhood, as there are not a lot of us around these days. By the way, I just accidentally stumbled on to your channel and I have subbed you. Good luck with your future videos.
So happy you found my channel and I am stoked that you dig this video! I bet that first pipe was a beauty. I absolutely love looking for pipes in antique stores. Very grateful for your sub John. Hope your next bowl is full of contentment. 👍🏼👍🏼😃
I, too, was about 4 years old. When I found my first corn cob pipe. It's only to blow bubbles out of, but when i turned 12, I asked my dad if i could smoke it 😂. He said I had to only smoke corn silk in it, which I did for a while. I found out where he kept his pipe tobacco (Prince Albert and Half n Half) and smoked it for a short time. Good times, I still reminisce often thearlierler time in my life. Now I'm 67 and have found pipe smoking again. It's very enjoyable now that I've retired and have time to sit and smoke a bowl. I really like your content. Keep it up. I'm a new subscriber to your channel.
Wow what an awesome comment! Thanks so much for sharing those thoughts. I remember the toy bubble pipes barely! I haven’t tried Prince Albert or Half and Half yet but i may get to them eventually because I appreciate codger blends. I’m really happy you are at a point in your journey where you can slow down, kick back, relax, and smoke. And reminisce! I am thankful for your support and encouragement. I love making this content, and your kind words inspire me so much. Tons of stuff on the way here! ✌🏼😁👍🏼
Happy to have found your channel. I had free access to roaming some family property until recently. I appreciate your effort and conversation. Peace be with you
I love smoking pipes for the same reasons. Cigars as well, when it's a bit too windy out for a pipe. Gives me a little time to step away from the digital noise that bombards us all day, every day. I love choosing the pipe and tobacco I'm feeling like that day. I love trying for a great pack, a good, solid light and ash, and just taking my time to do it right. Concentrating on nothing other than the smoke, the aromas, the flavors. I love thinking about nothing other than enjoying that pipe and tobacco and unplugging for a bit. Thanks for the video, thanks for your thoughts and I look forward to more. Well done, Sir.
I never comment on here but I feel like I need to on this one. You and your channel is awesome! I just started my pipe smoking journey about 2 weeks ago. I absolutely love it so far. It’s frustrating in some ways but it is rewarding and relaxing. I only have one pipe right now. It’s a cheap wood pipe from my local tobacco shop but it works fine to me. Keep up the awesome videos man
Dude so glad to have you watch. I really appreciate you commenting! Welcome to pipe smoking, and remember to be patient and hang with it. It took me quite a while to “get it”.
You hit the nail on the head when you said, "I like things that last". I know soo many people who share the "buy now, replace, replace..." over and over again type of mentality. Now, that's fine and I don't judge but there's something great (to me at least) about things that endure. You get a certain satisfaction that what you bought was money well spent! Its quite amazing how most people who enjoy cigars and pipes always seem to share this common ground about enjoying the simple pleasures of the craftsmanship and slowness this hobby brings us. Cheers man, happy piping!
Thanks so much for watching. I really appreciate your feedback. Stoked to have you join in this wonderful hobby! There are LOTS of videos coming here! 👍🏼👍🏼

I'm such a lightweight I may not be able to smoke a pipe. I hope I can. I found latakia to night and ordered some. Hope it works out. Cigars are fine with me though, so I have that to fall back on. God bless.
