A gorgeous song, sung beautifully by a beautiful woman. I loved hearing her and looking at her. Wish I could have a cup of coffee with her. This song brought me to tears. Beautiful the way she sings it. I am happy for her that God gave her such a gift.
How lovely to hear this without swooping up to the high notes. She just nails them head on. with great beauty. Her rubato is a little extreme, but she sings this wonderfully.

a Soprano who only seems to keep getting better as she ages.... that's my take on her Guess she got a better teacher or yoga or something. Most Sopranos seem to start out strong then fade by this age.
excellent singing- as always, she is perfect, or near-perfect- the fact is that this wonderful music doesn't seem that wonderful, in her rendition- too worried about producing good sounds, too little worried about "soul"
I don’t think you need to think to appreciate that music, nor to notice when there’s errors. She had a few wrong starts, but they didn’t bother me. The only thing that bothered me is when she is « tout est sourire lumière et joie » where the harmony and the melody are completely unphased, and I don’t need to be a singer to notice that it’s off, and that’s a shame. It doesn’t change my mind about Devia though, she’s terrific. And mistakes happen all the time on stage. 😊

...and gain weight. She's lovely. Wonderful version. It's interesting to hear the different sopranos song this. Brava carina!
Actually it sounds a little faded. The vibrato is a little too wide in the relaxed passages, and the top is sometimes little shrill.
This concert must be in heaven or something.
