Girl you dont need to apologize for life happening! You did an amzing job explaining, as a beginner crocheter i found it easy but im a figure outer type of person and create on the fly so i get it!!
Thank you SO much for this second tutorial. It is very much appreciated. I watched it all the way through…now I just have to get my yarn to actually make it. Thanks again!
Your first 1 was fine I have made a few so your instructions were solid even with the adjustments, I can say it made sense to me and the finished product was loved. Keep at the amazing work, I look forward to following this one to see the difference.
@@kwoie4536 it took me a little under 3 hours, the yarn is chunky and I luckily crochet fairly quickly. I can probably make it quicker now that I have done a couple and have a better idea of what I am doing with the clear instructions. The hood took a little bit of extra time only because of the shift in the pattern that made sense just took me a little bit to make sure I had it correct. I feel one good long movie and I'd be done or 3 episodes of a show that's at least 45min you would be done. It's a really fun project with the panels and construction. It would be faster if the back loops only part wasn't part of it becuase that slows me down some yet us worth it because it looks so good. Hope that helps.
@@andrenathaniel7180can I ask please, the part at the beginning where it says chain an even number and to chain 43, which is it? I'm using cable knit yarn so more chunky than the one in the video so chaining less but not sure whether it's even or not. Thanks
@@sarahcorfe958Greetings, in my old notes following the original pattern I chained 43 which was the length I needed for the sleeves about 16.5inches and gave me 41sts after the skip 2, i made 15 rows for 9.5inches and used the lionbrand respun thick & quick yarn. I hope this helps.
i was so thrilled when i saw you posted another video for this pattern! i loved the first one so much and wanted to make it but the instructions were unclear to me. this one is sooooo great though. i completed it in a bright yellow color and am calling it my big bird cardigan lol. great work
I just finished this hoodie last night!!! I loved the project. Since my yarn was chunkier, I had to adjust few rows, but the outcome is super cute and cozy! Thanks for the pattern ❤
@leila2303 I finished it in two days. I was continuously crocheting 😅 . Since my yarn was chunkier than this, I used up 9 and a half balls (each ball weighing 100 gms)
You are my favourite crochet blogger. I have been waiting patiently for new videos from you. Also I learned crochet watching your videos and I make my own clothing pieces now😊😊 please continue with more content your styles are always fresh and trendy. Huge Supporter from South Africa ❤
I started making mine from your last video and never finished not bc of the quality of your video but my own procrastination! lol I watched it soooo many times making mine I just have to put my panels together. I just came across your new video and I’m ecstatic bc I’m preg w/ my first bby girl🎀 and already bought matching bby pink yarn to make a mini me version :):) my goal is to finish mine and hers stat ! Soo yess perfect timing I was actually looking today for your “older” video and realized you just released this one! Yay! Thank you! Love alll your crochet videos ☺️🎀💕
Your video came up in my feed. I'm impressed seeing that I'm a beginner and seeing that crochet have come a very long way!❤ Have you've considered doing one with a ruffle at the bottom? I would love to see that as another option.❤ Thanks for sharing your amazing work🎉❤
Where are the buttons or how do you keep it closed. Did closing your jacket/cardigan go out of style, if so please let me know so i can quick ssking for closure options, thank you
Actually I enjoyed the previous video ❤ your sons were absolutely adorable and I loved the cat. You don't have to apologise. Im sure I'll enjoy this video as well. Thabk you.
The people complaining are dumb. I have kids and cats and to anyone who lives alone completely, GREAT FOR YOU! Shaming a mom and pet owner is pretty selfish and silly.
Sorry hun this is just as difficult to follow as the last you move it all around to much and perhaps if you drew a diagram the hood didn't make sense, such a shame bless you for your efforts xx
This didn’t make any sense to me …. i have made jackets before and it hasn’t complicated as this and i have to keep alternating between the old and new tutorial and the sewing didn’t make any sense as well bc you didn’t explain it properly … I think i wasted yarn and money but i hope you could do a better tutorial 😅

@@debbiefisher5836 thank you!
Thank you because I was lost with the first one 👀
So happy your back with your videos I miss seeing them ps your instructions are clear I don’t understand why it was your most hated video
It looks beautiful and comfy. I was wondering how many skeins of yarn were used in this project?
How many skeins of yarn did you use? Also Ty for updating the tutorial 🥹💗
16 balls of yarn

I actually love your kids in the background it was so cute 💗
I'm gonna watch your video either way, but does your pattern allow me to do this in the round? so it would be a pullover sweater?
Thank you so much for sharing ❤🎉
Can i use aa size 5 bulky yarn?
THIS IS SOOOOOOOOO CUTE!
❤ can I make this longer?
yes! you can increase the initial chain for the body length and it won't affect the pattern at all!
Thank you! I wanted to know the same thing.
i still can’t figure out how to connect the pieces together especially on the edges of the panels😢
like when i get to the top part of the hood it comes out patchy and has holes in it, it doesn’t look clean i can’t figure it out
how many yards or grams of yarn did this consume?
could this work up with any size 6 yarn i was thinking of using wool ease
Dana b this is my first time watching your video❤
This is so cute 🔥🔥 I can’t wait to try this
Where are the buttons or how do you keep it closed. Did closing your jacket/cardigan go out of style, if so please let me know so i can quick ssking for closure options, thank you
It’s personal preference! I think sewing a zipper would look cute
Won’t the second front panel be off because your starting on the opposite side?
@ that’s great 🙄
How many yards of yarn did this take? I want to get a different brand of yarn
Actually I enjoyed the previous video ❤ your sons were absolutely adorable and I loved the cat. You don't have to apologise. Im sure I'll enjoy this video as well. Thabk you.
Love it
your nails are cute
THANK YOUUUU
Its a great hoodie but the distactions are real. I do think making another one was good. Just remember beginners will be watching.... thx
how much yarn do you use?
She said 16 at the beginning of the video
would this look good on guys too?
I think yes. Just make it longer
Kinda sad that the other one is your most hated video. I hope people were not to harsh on you ❤
Thank uuuu 😅
Girl no need to apologize! That’s life… full of chaos. I loved it nonetheless ✨
Well when a person crochets we always make changes as we make things. It's ok!
You said at the very beginning to make sure you chained an even number and then you changed 43….????
She crocheted 42 and then added another one as a turning stitch
Your instructions at times are all over the place
In hindi ?
Cute. But I lost faith when you said “must be an even number” and “chain 43” in the same sentence.
Happy crocheting!
I was searching looking for someone else who noticed this! I am confusedddd😭
@XolisssaXo me too, using cable knit yarn so trying to chain 40 but now I'm wondering if it's even number plus 1 chain?
