Good morning, John, it's 1.36 pm, June 2nd by my desktop clock. It's should be the same but am at your place. I believe the words also mean "May we be together for long." When she passed on, she left an unfinished handwritten poem about her dreams when she was young, her loneliness and yearning to be understood. Taiwanese musicians quickly completed the song and a recording was released with verses sung by different singers, all of whom were top and well-known in the Chinese music industry, inclusive of Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. I have a copy of this album consisting of her songs, each sung by different singers as a tribute to her, including one by 左宏元Zuǒ Hóngyuán who has never recorded a song before. I uploaded the song here, but it was taken down by the copyright owners. After its first release, the song was not officially allowed to be broadcast at all. The recording companies of the various singers could not come to an agreement. Releases of that song are now only instrumental. At TT's funeral, one of her backup singers sang the song.
