We have a 2015 latitude 4x4 with the 4 cycl and have no complaints at all. It's a great all around vehicle. Our's has the cold weather package the remote start and heated steering wheel, windshield, mirrors and seats are very nice to have. It drives like a car with the perks of a suv.

My Jeep is great! It’s only broken down 9000 times but I strangely love it 😜

I have almost 6,000 miles in my 2015 Cherokee Sport - 2wd four cylinder - I have absolutely no issues with the engine power or the number e speed transmission.

Excellent, honest, comprehensive review . All these compact s.u.v`s. seem to have a down-side either in performance or handling this one seems a good compromise and deserves checking out . Also very stylish inside and out.

I recently bought the 2017 cherokee latitude..Before I purchased it I did a 2-3 block test drive on very smooth asphalt..
because I knew I wasnt going to buy it that day...I now have on it a little more than 100 miles...I like it and I am somewhat disappointed in the vehicle..it cruises nice on a smooth surface...when going over a patched up road it is noisy very poor under floor insulation...The blower fan is very noisy at almost all speed settings...I would love to give it a 10 rating but to me I rate it at 6-7 out of 10...It has some refinement to make it a real joy to own and drive...Resale is heart breaking..
I have plans on keeping it for many many years.and hope it remains trouble free. All comments are my opinion only...

9spd auto "one of the worst" in the class. you got that right...this is why i hate 8/9spd their constantly hunting for the right gear. i love my 6spd auto in my lexus.

+Jed Knutson I have a Chrysler 200 s v6 and it comes with a paddle shifter. most of the time I just use the paddle shifters to have more control of which gear. I wouldn't say its the worst cause you can use the 9th gear for overdrive. saves me a lot of gas. Not sure though on the Cherokee but they are the same company.

I also have the 9 speed trans with 21K miles and have had no issues accelerating, and in Atlanta your ride needs to be efficient at it. I love my cherokee limited.

Omg can some talk about the reliability of the 2.4l engine. I'm going all over TH-cam and I can't find a video.

I have a couple of friends of mine who bought the Cherokee with the 4 cylinder engine and both have had to have the engine replaced less than 10,000 miles into owning the vehicle. :-/

Are the parking led running lights standard for the Jeep Latitude? I have a V6 2016 Jeep Latitude with apparently same lights but they don't run/ move? Possible that is an added option or is there a trick.

Man, a 180hp vehicle does not need a 9 speed trans. Why did they do that 🤦🏻‍♂️

"nice feature" automatic emergency brake?? What is nice here?? I drive 2008 BMW X5 and they had this in since 2007 I never ever used my at all. I rather had one by my left foot like some trucks or Mercedes? I think it is "over "engineering in my opinion.

It IS a "FIAT" Folks....Should not be any surprise. But then Mopar's are no better than any Fiats to begin with either to be fair.

My 2016 jeep Cherokee is a piece of crack from the first month I been driving it, it feels
It will break apart, have it for almost 2 years and still the same , it is beautiful but too bad it is far from been a good and enjoyable jeep to drive. Piece of crack.
