it's been a learning process, it's hard to say a specific number, and the market also decides, but a good way would be per square foot maybe start low at 10 to 15 cents per squre foot and figure out is the market would pay it and raise your prices as you go, again the market will tell you. wish you the best
@ndrpressure I've been considering starting a home maintenance business that would involve pressure washing, deck staining, minor repair of decks, and blacktop sealing. I'm sick of working my ass off for other people and getting underpaid or laid off....which just happened on Friday.

I've done a few decks with a 2.5 gal/min Honda pressurewasher. I would not suggest anything smaller for home use. I dont do it professionally.
