- This is my friend Anette Nilsson's garden Boäng, in Röstånga, south of Sweden. Anette grows a beautiful potagér in her garden, where she mixes vegetables and flowers. In this walk through her garden you will also see lots of trees, day lilies, greenhouses and plants.

As I feel myself walking thru the Gardens as I am watching this video it makes me think of families getting together after Sunday Church Services for Lunch n hosting Birthday , Bridal n Graduation parties in these Gardens. They are Truly Blessed to have this Beautiful property the Lord has provided.

Thank you Sara and everyone who has commented. We so much enjoy our country life and garden, although it outgrows us all the time. It is very productive and a heaven for all kind of insects and smaller wildlife. The big ones we fence out ;)

I have often wondered if you have wild life that your gardens need protection from in Sweden? Where my husband and I live in the Blue Mountains in NSW Australia, we have to contend with Lyre birds, that are very destructive in the garden, my husband has increased the height of our wire fence that backs onto the bush to keep them out, so far so good! I noted the orange fencing in Anette’s garden and was wondering if she is protecting it from particular animals? Gardening is a joy and brings a sense of peace and achievement that soothes my soul, but it can be VERY frustrating when animals destroy it! Gardeners all around the world have challenges, it would be nice to hear what yours are? Thank you once again for the video, I wish you both peace, stay well and safe in these troubled times! 😀🌻🌈🇦🇺

Almost to much to comprehend....the years of work and planning and effort to get that much garden space...( hope they have help !) It looks very dry there!
Summers are getting dryer I'm afraid.
May I ask something "nitty gritty question"? Being a tiny gardener, myself, I realize there is always maintenance to be done. On a garden this size, what I the workload in time for upkeep? Or is it designed to be self maintaining for the most part? I have always loved these gardens, but without a real understanding of the work behind the scenes I have shied away from building one. This is a beautiful, peaceful place.
