Truly spectacular my friend!
Paper does matter. But the price tag doesn't always tell the truth. Baohong Artist grade paper (I just bout 40 BIG sheets for $50) is very close to Arches is texture and durability. Of course, you could do it like many Europeans are doing it now, making their own paper. This is one of your best paintings by the way. I love how you use the clock as the central focus.
I’ve painted with you every day for about 5 days now. I admit. Yours come out a little better than mine but mine have “character.” Bless you my friend!
(Also when I splatter it goes on my computer… which also now has “character”.)
