Walks in Sussex: Exploring Midhurst in West Sussex

Midhurst is a delightful old market town laying on the crossroads of two ancient routes in West Sussex, the A272 and the A286. A town that developed as a result of the fortified manor house that first was built on St Anne's Hill and later moved down on the plain on the other side of the river.
