    But why do so many barbecue fans have such a hard time getting the perfect crust on their steak? The reasons are manifold. On the one hand, it may be due to a lack of heat.     Wie reinige ich diese Grillplatte, sodass die Patina bleibt. Meine ist schon ziemlich mitgenommen und ich müsste sie wieder einbrennen. Wenn ich sie nur ausbürste und ausbrenne, bleiben immer noch Rückstände, sodass die Rillen fast zugehen. Danke für Ihre Antwort
