I always found it funny that the demonic scarecrow is a hallucination while the reality is crane probably whacking them with his belt
What’s cool is that after his super for a quick glance you can see the actual scarecrow slide in with a sickle in his hand

I just realized.
The reason Scarecrow’s taunts are so cutting and the reason that he seems to have dirt on everybody is because the matches and intros are all taking place in his opponent’s head. It’s not Scarecrow talking, it’s their own fears being brought out by the toxin.

Then again, Jonathan Crane is a psychologist! He’d know just what to say to get under people’s skin! Besides, considering the events that happened in this universe, it was probably easier for him to get access to sensitive info.

Dang, Scarecrow's a savage in this game. Robert Englund does a great job job playing Scarecrow, which makes sense since he IS Freddy Kruger. The only Scarecrow voice actor that comes close is Jeffrey Combs.

This IS an interesting version of Scarecrow. I thought John Noble nailed his voice in Arkham Knight, but it figures that Robert Englund would show him up.
One master of fear will always be able to play another one lol
John Noble gets the “I’m deeply insecure about how Batman affects me” aspect of the character better, but that’s a writing thing too. Englund does the “I am getting off on you being afraid” vibe better.
