The pressure and tiredness really got to them after G5 really saw that in their game the G6 was won by onic due to CW carrying them and in the end they were too tired in G7 as a result they made mistake throughout the game which led to their loss

For example, while Bren won fair and square, Onic lost mainly because they got outdrafted in most games during this match and every player underperformed at some point in the series. Not because they lack quality. In fact, each Onic player is one of the best, if not the best, at their respective roles except for a few scenarios (Veenus at supports for example, etc). I mean, have you seen Sanz on the Gord (g2) and Novaria (g5) or Butss on the Phoveus and CW on the Claude on g6? That was world class performance. If Onic can learn from their mistakes, correct the deviations, and play more consistently in the future, one can only imagine what they can achieve. Still congrats to ApBren though. They do deserve tonight's win after all.
I think from the draft Bren is much more experienced than Onic. They know that game 7 will usually end quickly. Therefore they choose MM and exp which have big damage in early on. In my opinion, Coach Adi & Yeb's biggest mistake was choosing MM which was very late game and Exp which had less damage in game 7 (even though at that time Khaleed opened freely and they didn't even take it). Apart from that, Adi & Yeb should be aware that bringing Claude in game 7 is very risky. Because that MM needs items and of course if the early snow ball doesn't work, it will be very difficult. TBH It's like de javu during game 7 on M1. Where RRQ with coach Adi (Acil) brought Claude for Tuturu and had no impact in game 7 (when they were defeated by Evos). This should teach them a lesson that bringing Claude in game 7 is not a wise choice. In the end of the day, this actually makes them repeat the same mistake twice. This proves that they should be able to learn more from experience, because experience is indeed the most valuable teacher😇

I'm worried about the backlash Onic is gonna get, especially Kairi because most toxic people run their mouths without even putting themselves on their shoes. Isn't it normal to check bush? Especially when trying to take important objective? Because ambushes can really ruin the objective take. Kairi is unaware of those who are hiding in the bush. The goal there was to give vision so that his teammate can take positions without getting ambushed. If kairi successfully gave the vision, other teammates can take their positions to contest that lord. Bren knew kairi is going to the bush to check but they waited till kairi was able to go deep into bren's 3 players ambush in that bush. You can see bren didn't attack kairi right away, they waited till kairi can go deep into their range. And there is no one left to check bushes except kairi, kairi is the only one available to give bush visions for onic because he is the only one able to frontline at that time. They were outdrafted and outplayed. No one to blame, the game was fair and it is what it is.

A breakdown on Kairi's death : As the utility jungle and the only member that can go in and go out whilst checking bushes, Kairi did exactly what he is supposed to. Now if u look at before he entered the bush he was with Buts following him from behind (this is exactly what Onic wanted, Kairi initiates then Buts follows with penalty zone), unfortunately when Kairi gets caught Fredrinn went in to taunt Buts stunlocking him for a couple of second, essentially making him unable to follow up onto Kairi. Now the real question here is the communication behind that play, it is still a mystery why Onic were split apart, my guess is that they want Kairi and Buts to gain vision while Kiboy, Sanz, And CW go look for a blind spot to flank, in the end it's Bren that came out on top. This is the problem of this kind of championship format. If you are the upper bracket champion, you have no chance to recover anymore once you loss the championship match. Unlike the teams who are sent to the lower bracket, they have another chance and time to adjust and plan on how to counter the team who just defeated them. On M2, Burmese Ghoul sent Bren on the lower bracket, but Bren climbed up to win the Championship, 4-3 On M3, BTK sent BlackList on the lower bracket, but BLackList climbed up to win the Championship agains ONIC Ph (Kairi, Baloy, Marky, Dlar and Hate), 4-0 on MSC 2021, Evos Lengends sent Execration on the lower bracket, but Execration with Kelra climbed up to win the Championship on MSC 2022 , RRQ sent RSG PH on the lower bracket, but RSG PH climbed up to win the Championship, 4-0 and this M5, ONIC ID sent AP Bren on the lower bracket, but climbed up to win the Championship.

A lot would definitely bash kairi for that play, but I think it was a team mistake. I don't know the call at that time but it is the job of the utility/tank jungler to check the bush especially because bren was already starting the lord. I think the play there was to check the bush and provide backup for kairi just in case there were enemies. There are certain positions/strats in ML (like square formation or triangle) while you are moving on the map in order provide immediate backup to your teammates. I think they made a mistake because they did not have that formation when kairi checked the bush without sanz and cw nearby. Clearly, terizla was ready to support kairi the moment he checked the bush but the problem is he does not have a flicker in which he needed to reach kairi and use his ult against bren, and he was stopped by fredrinn to get near kairi. At the end, I think onic thought that bren was bursting the Lord so they had to check bushes fast but the damage dealer of onic was too far to provide backup. It was definitely a good setup by bren.
They're already down by 7k when kairi did the check bush. Not much he can do there. If they should blame someone, blame the coach for the 2 mages squishy draft, and for kiboy who can't even connect a single petri and lots of incorrect combos.
They were outdrafted really. That claude was not able to do shit coz he has no items. Even if they fight 5v5 they still cannot win with their draft especially since they were also down by 7K. In short, Bren knew what game 7 would look like and their hero composition was for an early finish and not for a late game hero like claude. Bren's positioning and predictions were just on point that is why they are the champ because they were the better team!

I feel like Kairi thought that AP bren would be hiding in the bushes closer to their base, the bottom lane and not on the middle bush, because we all know Kairi takes opportunities, when he can to support his team, but he did not calculate the risk he is gonna get when he clears the middle bush, he thought ap brean would play back and wait for a play to secure the lord or to manage some kills, Kairi is one of the best players i know and i think he was really afraid and anxious since its the final game and both sides are on par with each other, causing him to stress out and not think, if he was on the right mindset he could have think and avoided clearing that bush and waiting for his team first. But GG to onic and i hope they can secure their trophy next time. Im afraid that, that is what kairi should do since he is the only mobility tank jungler on their team, but he was confident that ap brean was not there and butss got him covered.

You can't Blame Kairi for what happened in the middle bush cause except Butts, he is the only one who is fast and tanky enough to escape, he didn't expect that their are 3 Hard CC heroes in their which are Brody, Edith, and Faramis. He got 2nd skilled by Brody, followed up by Edith who has 2 hard hitting CC's(where Owgwen missed all of his skills to Baxia) and Faramis 1st skill and Brody's absurd damage with his passive and Ult. You can't send Kiboy cause he is a roaming mage which can be bursted easily even if he has first skill immunity thanks to Brody's absurd damage, and speaking of Butts' Terizla who is slow asf and can be bursted down easily by Brody and Faramis. So don't blame Kairi on checking bush.

It's a draft diff not a player's mistake, it's the regular course of Baxia and rotation to face check. The problem is Filipinos already know that and prepared a trap for him since Faramis was picked for this to isolate and hunt them 1 by 1. It's very nice for Filipinos to lend Indonesia some of their best players and coaches but they got treated this way? Kairi don't deserve such hate from someone who can't even reach Finals.

Let me give you a quick summary why that bush check is cruicial to onic. Kairi is a utility jungler so he needs to check that bush for setup of Apbren, kiboy cant check simply because he chooses a KADITA. Kairi has also mobility so he can get out of that situation if there's a player on that bush. But Supermarco has been farming since and this game he can melt even kairi. Every one is so slow except for kairi so boom he's dead, but hey there's butss yeah no sht he's slow as fuck plus he guards two mages and looking for setup just like what he did last time. But what leads to this is the failed petrify of kiboy, the terizla set was the game changing play but kiboy failed to petrify them, this error leads to their deaths and letting apbren gain kill points. Plus the early game error of kiboy after sans death. Butsss couldve save kairi but was taunted by Fredrin. Overall the early game error of kiboy, onic letting supermarco snowball and the kaditha draft led to this. Kaditha was not a bad pick since this is game 7 and onic need to attempt to pick of players using kaditha. But if they have a tank other than kairi then they couldve play the long game.

Even if they stay on their base outcomes would be the same, inhibitor turrets will fall because its a level 2 lord and since supermarco had a decent farm in the early game, all of them would melt, not to mention that apbren lead on levels and items. Outcomes wouldve change if kiboy pick tank because they can definitely defend that lord. Even if somehow kairi stole the lord most of them would need to fight apbren since apbren would charge at them, they have 3 squishy heroes and owgwen and flaps set were on-point since in the previous clash, plus the snowball factor of supermarco capable of melting kairi. TBH that play is do or die lots of errors in the early game

So that's probably why they picked Yve, to fill up that wave clear weakness. With Onic winning most of the late game battle, they opted for Yve to secure their late game because if it was Kadita mage, then they will have a hard time in late game and so is in the early game because this is where Ap bren is strong at

I cant get off the fact that they pic kadita over a tank, pushing a pick off line up, but what im thinking is onic want to do a pick off battle, like echo, yawi using chou to pick off one hero and they win the battle 4 v 5 , but man those errors by kiboy is very damaging. Damn I wonder why can't Indonesia win when they have everything. Massive market equals viewership equals more sponsors, ultimately more money for players. There are also a massive talent pool to tap yet they import players from PH. Lastly, the fanbases there are just...insane. I can even say that playing competitive MLBB or even just streaming can be a viable career path in Indonesia since, again, the market is huge. For example, while Bren won fair and square, Onic lost mainly because they got outdrafted in most games during this match and every player underperformed at some point in the series. Not because they lack quality.
In fact, each Onic player is one of the best, if not the best, at their respective roles except for a few scenarios (Veenus at supports for example, etc). I mean, have you seen Sanz on the Gord (g2) and Novaria (g5) or Butss on the Phoveus and CW on the Claude on g6? That was world class performance.
If Onic can learn from their mistakes, correct the deviations, and play more consistently in the future, one can only imagine what they can achieve. Still congrats to ApBren though. They do deserve tonight's win after all.
I think from the draft Bren is much more experienced than Onic.
They know that game 7 will usually end quickly. Therefore they choose MM and exp which have big damage in early on.
In my opinion, Coach Adi & Yeb's biggest mistake was choosing MM which was very late game and Exp which had less damage in game 7 (even though at that time Khaleed opened freely and they didn't even take it).
Apart from that, Adi & Yeb should be aware that bringing Claude in game 7 is very risky. Because that MM needs items and of course if the early snow ball doesn't work, it will be very difficult.

People watching Antimage's reaction might blow it out of proportion or mass hate him, but there's no denying that Kairi definitely made a very bad play at that moment. Anyone seeing that will instantly lose their minds and I can't blame them for reacting like that, it's just not something you'd see in that level with a lot at stake like indonesia's possible return to the throne.

Edit: Everyone makes a bad play and that's normal in the pro scene, especially in the Grand Finals to decide the champion. One of the example of it is during Game 2 at 17:53 in game time, Owgwen went for the Conceal play going to the back of CW, Sanz, and Kairi, and yet he used S2 instead of grouping them up with Ultimate which led to Kairi stealing the lord (that could've been a Big Brain Owgwen Play). Another example is still on Game 2 at 22:10 game time where Super Marco went for Sanz despite knowing that he has immortality, risking his position, which led to Kairi and CW having the opportunity to kill him. Leaving Owgwen and Kyletzy to defend themselves (the heroes they have don't have good wave clear) when they could've played safe and defend the base as many as they can that they might've lived to see another lord fight.
AP Bren forced an error/bad play to Kairi/Onic which led to them crumbling down in their final moments in the game. I'm worried about the backlash Onic is gonna get, especially Kairi because most toxic people run their mouths without even putting themselves on their shoes. What immense pressure is like back there, what's at stake, the looming consequences if you lose the match, etc.
I hope Onic ID goes through this time as peacefully as possible (recovery from trauma, anything you can think of when you lost a big match) and they should know that Onic and AP Bren gave one of the best M World Grand Finals, and that's something to look back at

Isn't it normal to check bush? Especially when trying to take important objective? Because ambushes can really ruin the objective take. Kairi is unaware of those who are hiding in the bush. The goal there was to give vision so that his teammate can take positions without getting ambushed. If kairi successfully gave the vision, other teammates can take their positions to contest that lord. Bren knew kairi is going to the bush to check but they waited till kairi was able to go deep into bren's 3 players ambush in that bush. You can see bren didn't attack kairi right away, they waited till kairi can go deep into their range. And there is no one left to check bushes except kairi, kairi is the only one available to give bush visions for onic because he is the only one able to frontline at that time. They were outdrafted and outplayed. No one to blame, the game was fair and it is what it is.

As the utility jungle and the only member that can go in and go out whilst checking bushes, Kairi did exactly what he is supposed to. Now if u look at before he entered the bush he was with Buts following him from behind (this is exactly what Onic wanted, Kairi initiates then Buts follows with penalty zone), unfortunately when Kairi gets caught Fredrinn went in to taunt Buts stunlocking him for a couple of second, essentially making him unable to follow up onto Kairi. Now the real question here is the communication behind that play, it is still a mystery why Onic were split apart, my guess is that they want Kairi and Buts to gain vision while Kiboy, Sanz, And CW go look for a blind spot to flank, in the end it's Bren that came out on top. This is the problem of this kind of championship format. If you are the upper bracket champion, you have no chance to recover anymore once you loss the championship match. Unlike the teams who are sent to the lower bracket, they have another chance and time to adjust and plan on how to counter the team who just defeated them.
On M2, Burmese Ghoul sent Bren on the lower bracket, but Bren climbed up to win the Championship, 4-3
On M3, BTK sent BlackList on the lower bracket, but BLackList climbed up to win the Championship agains ONIC Ph (Kairi, Baloy, Marky, Dlar and Hate), 4-0

A lot would definitely bash kairi for that play, but I think it was a team mistake. I don't know the call at that time but it is the job of the utility/tank jungler to check the bush especially because bren was already starting the lord. I think the play there was to check the bush and provide backup for kairi just in case there were enemies. There are certain positions/strats in ML (like square formation or triangle) while you are moving on the map in order provide immediate backup to your teammates. I think they made a mistake because they did not have that formation when kairi checked the bush without sanz and cw nearby. Clearly, terizla was ready to support kairi the moment he checked the bush but the problem is he does not have a flicker in which he needed to reach kairi and use his ult against bren, and he was stopped by fredrinn to get near kairi. At the end, I think onic thought that bren was bursting the Lord so they had to check bushes fast but the damage dealer of onic was too far to provide backup. It was definitely a good setup by bren.
They're already down by 7k when kairi did the check bush. Not much he can do there. If they should blame someone, blame the coach for the 2 mages squishy draft, and for kiboy who can't even connect a single petri and lots of incorrect combos.
They were outdrafted really. That claude was not able to do shit coz he has no items. Even if they fight 5v5 they still cannot win with their draft especially since they were also down by 7K. In short, Bren knew what game 7 would look like and their hero composition was for an early finish and not for a late game hero like claude. Bren's positioning and predictions were just on point that is why they are the champ because they were the better team!

I feel like Kairi thought that AP bren would be hiding in the bushes closer to their base, the bottom lane and not on the middle bush, because we all know Kairi takes opportunities, when he can to support his team, but he did not calculate the risk he is gonna get when he clears the middle bush, he thought ap brean would play back and wait for a play to secure the lord or to manage some kills, Kairi is one of the best players i know and i think he was really afraid and anxious since its the final game and both sides are on par with each other, causing him to stress out and not think, if he was on the right mindset he could have think and avoided clearing that bush and waiting for his team first.
But GG to onic and i hope they can secure their trophy next time.

You can't Blame Kairi for what happened in the middle bush cause except Butts, he is the only one who is fast and tanky enough to escape, he didn't expect that their are 3 Hard CC heroes in their which are Brody, Edith, and Faramis. He got 2nd skilled by Brody, followed up by Edith who has 2 hard hitting CC's(where Owgwen missed all of his skills to Baxia) and Faramis 1st skill and Brody's absurd damage with his passive and Ult. You can't send Kiboy cause he is a roaming mage which can be bursted easily even if he has first skill immunity thanks to Brody's absurd damage, and speaking of Butts' Terizla who is slow asf and can be bursted down easily by Brody and Faramis. So don't blame Kairi on checking bush.

It's a draft diff not a player's mistake, it's the regular course of Baxia and rotation to face check. The problem is Filipinos already know that and prepared a trap for him since Faramis was picked for this to isolate and hunt them 1 by 1.

Let me give you a quick summary why that bush check is cruicial to onic. Kairi is a utility jungler so he needs to check that bush for setup of Apbren, kiboy cant check simply because he chooses a KADITA. Kairi has also mobility so he can get out of that situation if there's a player on that bush. But Supermarco has been farming since and this game he can melt even kairi. Every one is so slow except for kairi so boom he's dead, but hey there's butss yeah no sht he's slow as fuck plus he guards two mages and looking for setup just like what he did last time. But what leads to this is the failed petrify of kiboy, the terizla set was the game changing play but kiboy failed to petrify them, this error leads to their deaths and letting apbren gain kill points. Plus the early game error of kiboy after sans death. Butsss couldve save kairi but was taunted by Fredrin. Overall the early game error of kiboy, onic letting supermarco snowball and the kaditha draft led to this. Kaditha was not a bad pick since this is game 7 and onic need to attempt to pick of players using kaditha. But if they have a tank other than kairi then they couldve play the long game.

Even if they stay on their base outcomes would be the same, inhibitor turrets will fall because its a level 2 lord and since supermarco had a decent farm in the early game, all of them would melt, not to mention that apbren lead on levels and items. Outcomes wouldve change if kiboy pick tank because they can definitely defend that lord. Even if somehow kairi stole the lord most of them would need to fight apbren since apbren would charge at them, they have 3 squishy heroes and owgwen and flaps set were on-point since in the previous clash, plus the snowball factor of supermarco capable of melting kairi. TBH that play is do or die lots of errors in the early game

Lead couldve turn to onic after that 4 or 3 man set from terizla but kiboy failed to petrify thus phew using nether realm.

So that's probably why they picked Yve, to fill up that wave clear weakness. If you analyze the series, you can see that it's Ap Bren who's winning most of the early game and Onic winning the late game. With Onic winning most of the late game battle, they opted for Yve to secure their late game because if it was Kadita mage, then they will have a hard time in late game and so is in the early game because this is where Ap bren is strong at
@@Radix56 the moment that kaditha was pick i already know its kiboy, thats why i didnt put so much emphasis on yve pic since i use yve and i know her capabilities when it comes to zone and clear so yeah as you said they need a clear potential hero but if it was a tank rather than kaditha then it would be a long game. I cant get off the fact that they pic kadita over a tank, pushing a pick off line up, but what im thinking is onic want to do a pick off battle, like echo, yawi using chou to pick off one hero and they win the battle 4 v 5 , but man those errors by kiboy is very damaging. Sanz can use Kadita if they have a tank, plus even if they dont have that much clear potential if they can wipe out apbrean by a set if there's an error. Apbren might be strong early but if they can minimize the error sanz kadita is viable well in my opinion.

There are also a massive talent pool to tap yet they import players from PH. Lastly, the fanbases there are just...insane.
