I have a question, what if you order 3 items, will the items put in new rows for each of the items or it will be like this in one cell (comma seperated): Item 1, Item 2, Item 3

Each Google Sheets row represents an order. So if you order 3 items they will be stored as comma-separated in one cell (exactly as you mentioned!).
