Wow! At a young age already talking and asking about life philosophy. Reggie is not your typical Singaporean. Traveling and living many parts of the world is an eye-opening experience. The world is his oyster has turned him to be a street smart person.

Makes sense. For younger people working in regular jobs, his advice was to not do the FIRE thingy yet. Very responsible advice. Coz you need to amass enough money to do it. 50, 100, or even 300k not enough actually. No passive income is going to pay you 5,6,7k a month. If it’s too much grind for the buck, change job. But keep going till you have 500k in liquidity perhaps.

This is the best decision to free from office job and travelling around the world. It is inspiring to do it at the age of 30s. Please keep up with new updates

Would be good to cover the topic of getting medical insurance, travel insurance or PA insurance for long term stay in KL

You can always seek advice from an insurance agent for that.
As for us, we are insured in Singapore even though we are currently based in Malaysia. Whenever we travel overseas, we will buy travel insurance.

There are many opportunities to make a big chunk of money. The lesson here is to try and try until you make it.
What worked for him may not work for others. It's not the what but the mindset of never giving up 👍

Looks like a spoilt brat where parents are rich and the kid just do what they want and so lucky found a pot of gold...but he started from a higher path than others.
