    I squirelled away cash for a rainy day, but with inflation pouring down, it feels more like a leaky bucket. Saving for retirement seems impossible if my money keeps losing value faster than I can earn it.

    • @tomaszcz_k
      @tomaszcz_k 10 วันที่ผ่านมา +4

      Financial consultants can help by recommending investments that outpace inflation, such as real estate or certain stocks. A client of mine followed this strategy and saw their savings grow by 15_% in just two years, effectively countering inflation.

      It’s not rocket science. As I said previously, I got into stocks, and REITs, myself but wasn't getting the results I wanted the first couple of months. Got tired of losing and decided to seek mentorship from Jonas Herman, a certified fiduciary who helps oversee my investments.

      While it may sound enticing, it is important to understand that stocks, like a fine wine or a Monet, has no standardized value. You look all good on the outside, while you wait till almost death to enjoy your wealth which presents an enormous economic(uncertainty) risk.

    • @lixiuying4659

      It’s bonkers to compare stocks to moet. Over the years, I've been part of numerous investment programs, sifting through a barrage of information. Yet, none comes close to the sheer clarity, depth, and precision of Herman’s instructions and insights. It's akin to finding a diamond in the dirt.

    As long as we're able to work, we can always use our hard-earned money to build wealth and plan. The most common option is buying ETFs or any potential growth stocks. On the other hand, property is also a good investment, but it requires higher capital compared to stocks.

    Engaging in active trading versus long-term investing requires unique strategies for maximizing returns. Active trading involves frequent buying and selling of securities, aiming to capitalize on short term market fluctuations. On the other hand, long-term investing focuses on holding assets over an extended period, leveraging the power of compounding.

    Not worth to pay $1.5m - $2m for an HDB unit. Generally, a condo has a better-quality resident, gym, swimming pool and security. We have only one life, a priceless life. Smart to enjoy life a bit to live in a condo. Wealthy people from villas, bungalows, terraced houses, condos generally prefer quietness and peacefulness, away from the crowded and congested areas. Have money, enjoy lah, why live and die like a beggar? SG transport system is quite efficient, no need to live within one meter away from a MRT or a bus interchange. Many Billionaires and Ministers from around the world are not educated from the top schools. Very importantly, invest in a property as a hedge on your money in long term and to invest in the property smartly at a fair value, no as a sucker to pay much more
