You use a water meter rod to turn the valve at the bottom of the green PVC. It's about 5 feet long with a fitting on the end to turn the valve and a T handle at the other end...

To shut that valve off they make a 6' long key, has a T handle on top a 4 to 6 ft long pipe down to a square open that fits over the valve head and turn to shut off

I’ve been watching your videos for about 4-6 weeks now. We are hoping to move in about 18-24 months or sooner. Looking for a small farm at least 10 or more acres with house, barn, pond live creek, etc. I love your videos and wait anxiously for each one...btw, my wife and I are retired and are currently living in Carlsbad, NM.

Nice but still small in the nature of Ranches in Montana. When your 3 days in the saddle running fence line. And you still have 4 days to go to make the turn back into drive at the house. 121 Sections becomes an easy stroll in the Missouri River Breaks.

Love the land. (Just looked at land in Laclede Co. Missouri. 1mile of Gasconade River. Nice.) This unfinished house, I guess is on the highest point of this property. So far, this Willow Creek Farm, is nice. No river, but ponds...ponds don't flood, do they. Saw spring, could be cleaned up, real country house put in nearby. But has Willow Creek..guess fish are in there. How much $ per acre? Alot of French Chateau's have 800 ur old beams...some oak ones have to be replaced. This farm has plenty of oak trees to replace old house beams? Thanks for your view of things. Back, when I first looked at your channel, before chicken gizzard Rd, there was a property, I've not seen again, since. There was a hill, below was a large pond...you drove down there in your truck. Would like to see that vlog again?

It is a perfect property. but a very difficult excess seams a money pit .
475k is ridiculously cheap compared to UK prices, it is equivalent to around £380k. You would be talking millions of pounds for this much land, maybe even tens of millions. And hired helps don't live in 1,750 square foot houses, they are lucky if they get 450 square feet.

This is just at this time my number one dream oh’ and how I would like to get the heck out of here. I use to not care for these kinds of places and now these are the kinds of the places I feel like I’m going to die if I don’t get the hell out of where I’m at now I live in a house that I owe 68k for. And I have a 2005 lariat Ford Pick Up truck that I owe nothing for.
For a house having plumbing would be the number one thing I would really would have to have then electricity.
But just looking at this place on this video, If I did not owe for this house I live in now I would leave in a heart beat to a local bank in the area and see if I could barrow the money to build me a home a get me a 4x4 Truck.
Everyday I wake up here where I’m at now I just think of another terrible day where I will live the rest of my life dying in a place I am so unhappy at.
Right know I’m on disability trying too live day to day and don’t know how long I will make it.
