- Veteran actor Karthik has filed a complaint with the Teynampet police, against his brother over a property dispute. The police have registered the complaint.
According to sources, the petition was just a formal procedure before filing a civil suit at the court. The police have issued him a community service register (CSR).
Karthik is popular for his performance in movies such as Alaigal Oivadhillai, Mouna Ragam and Kizhakku Vasal. The case pertains to a property in Alwarpet.
Karthik is currently making a comeback in Kollywood with K V Anand directed Anegan, in which he is sharing the screen space with Dhanush. He is also the president of Akila India Naadalum Makkal Katchi.
