Before I watch the second half of this video I want to comment on how this impacted me. I'm battling depression currently. Lost ability to cry, communicate with anyone I know, and know my path in life. I'm just a guy all alone in his mid 20s trying to take steps forward but keep getting knocked back. I know I can't die because that's something I never want to put my parents through. I was looking for somewhere to escape, or a country to move to. Kraig it is very interesting to see you test different equipment to make the experience better. I did my own hiking film, mainly inspired by you, back in february in Tierra del Fuego. Btw I think you should bring more of yourself into these videos, I miss the goofyness of your vlogs, I like how for example, in your Hornstransdir hike there's a part where you are walking on the beach and almost get your feet wet, that is what I enjoy about you, and I feel like it could bring a new spice to these hiking films, to see more of you, whilst still keeping that calmness and no commentary feel to it, I think it will be a challenge but definitely something worth trying.

Hafeezul Rizwaan what! That’s so fucked. Absolute scumbags.
wtf? Has his stuff been restored? I only occasionally watched him.
@@blub2121 Yeah he mentioned that his account was compromised (forgot where I read about it) but, good news is that he's back.
back and better than ever
Every frame a wallpaper. BEAUTIFUL..
My daughter & I did the W in March 2012. It was fantastic. I was going to do the Kepler next wk, but due to COVID-19 it is being postponed. I enjoy your videos. Great Job!
This is a beautiful place to hike and I would love to go there one day.
Love the format of this video - beautiful peaceful nature footage without commentary, then practical guidance and trip planning. So good
The nature is beautiful. I wish I could go like you.
Why don’t you go then?
Just. DO IT.
Loved it, so relaxing to watch and realistic
That music is spot on these vlogs come like a meditation🙏when one view it
Just what I needed during my quarantine. Thanks Kraig!
Torres del Paine seems like the exact type of place I would like to practice social distancing
Torres del Paine is super overcrowded js 😅😅
The backside of the O is quite, but he had to work to make this place seem empty.
This was early March 2020... Covid19 was already damaging the tourism industry around the world including my country (Chile). So I guess it wasn't that crowded by that time. I just hope this ends soon so we can keep showing everyone how beautiful is this thin and long country.
Yeah this place is anything but solitude.
@@ZetroDrummer Viajé por Chile por 5 meses y simplemente es increíble
La gente, la naturaleza, casi todo...
Lo único malo es el estado chileno/el gobierno parece
This brings back so many blissful memories of being at peace with nature and enjoying the moment surrounded by some of the greatest scenery's one can experience as a human being.

CHILE IS SO BEAUTIFUL 🇨🇱 ✅
Hope you're staying safe with the coronavirus going around. This video made my day! Thank you!
I just watched a guy filming himself hiking for 15 minutes and I loved it!
Never imagine that Chile has this beautiful trail. Add to bucketlist.
it has much more beautiful and even more unknown places, look to this th-cam.com/video/7UvV3elA8LA/w-d-xo.html
Chile is great for hiking, both in the north and south of the country.. there are many volcanoes rivers and mountains, many places to visit..
@@limond1213 as well as central Chile. Mountains are amazing everywhere along the country.
-and Atacama desert in north
This was absolutely incredible. Needed this while quarantined
Thanks!
I think this is the most beautiful place you've been and the footage was incredible for such a small camera!
Kraig it is very interesting to see you test different equipment to make the experience better. I did my own hiking film, mainly inspired by you, back in february in Tierra del Fuego. Filmed with sony a6100, brought 2 lenses. It was definitely a pain in the ass to be carrying 2 lenses, especially when it came to changing them while in the path. The quality change in this video is very apparent, but I felt like it didnt take away from the point of your videos, it was still beautiful, relaxing and meditative.
Thanks Adams, I began to see your videos, the art of the quality of the images, you transmit the landscape, you give us travel tips. Thanks. Greetings from Neuquen, Patagonia Argentina
Again a really exceptional video! Greetings from Germany. I hope that the Covid 19 virus won't interrupt your future plans!
Being in containment in France, the video is very pleasant to ventilate his mind. Thank you sooo much !
PS : Too bad to have stopped the lower subscription 😭
Fantastic little movie, great charm in the languid pace and relaxed musical accompaniment. Not to mention the scenery! Useful information in the last section. Thank you Kraig.
Patagonia is perfect for a Lord of the rings movie
yessss omg
Estaba planeado hacerse ahí, pero no había alojamiento suficiente para todo el equipo
I believe Chile was the second option to film the movies after new zealand
Kraig, thank you much for showing such a magnificent sceneries in Chile...so awesome, as if i travel it myself...thank you! New subscriber here in Tagaytay City, Philippines! Love and greetings!
