Hi Moxo, Great question! In Warrior I and II your ongoing work is to align the pelvis. In Warrior I for example, you have the right foot forward and leg in a lunge while the back leg (left leg) is grounding and your rooting through the left heel. Next, allow the right outer hip to release back while allowing the left outer hip to release forward. Think skillful action. Let me know how it goes! Namaste, B
